Used to be the type to finish any drama I started. Now I drop them if they don't hook me or I get impatient with the release schedule. 😁 No time for that shiz!

No more 🍬between TTJ and YXW, but there will more between TTJ and LSS in the next arc. Hmm hard to say if Bitchang got her just desserts coz it kind of went on a different tangent. Eastern philosophy sometimes manifests karma in a different way ( not necessarily black and white like you did bad so you get a really bad ending). Letting go of obsessions and doing good deeds might give eventual redemption. TTEOM is very steep in eastern ideas and lore especially in the immortal arc later on.

For real! They either lose steam, stick to bland cliches, or do the "big brain" route that doesn't work. 🤣 It's very rare to see consistent high quality writing throughout.
For me it was Quan Yi Lun. He was in a few dramas I watched this year and he definitely stood out.
He is a pleasure to watch. 🥰 He has this short drama as ML with Sebrina Chen as FL called Echoes of the Self. Haven't seen it yet though. *adds to growing watchlist*🤣

Oh right The Blossoming Love's ost is good too! I loved the first 3/4 of that drama. They followed and even improved on parts of the novel so well. Then the drama writers again decided to make a discombobulated mess for the ending. Poor ZM going through that twice! 🤣

Yes, grandma died coz of the poison porridge. Worst thing is Bitchang wasn't even remorseful about it. And yes, TTJ misunderstood so he imprisoned YXW in the dungeon. 😢 I hate this storyline because it wasn't in the book, caused unnecessary misunderstanding, and changed some character dynamics. I call this "porridgegate" (ala Nixon's Watergate scandal). 🤣
