Aside from meds, I usually drink a concoction when I am sick. I boil green tea, crushed ginger, and lemon juice then add lots of honey. Drink it warm. It has antioxidants, and Vit.C plus honey is a natural expectorant. The ginger will soothe your throat. ๐Ÿ’•
