My personal interpretation of "It's you" is just DG 2.0 assuming that LSS is his arch nemesis because she was wielding Chongyu Harp which is an ancient god/goddess artifact. It is not that he knows LSS per se. Thus, he was surprised that she's so weak. Along with the point you made about TTJ 1.0 being a vessel so DG 2.0 would have taken over his consciousness.

Li Susu and Gongye Jiwu make their appearance in front of a cool looking map of the Hengyang Sect.
Li Susu's father is so brave helping and shielding his BFF. Uncle Zhaoyou used the Xiaoyao Sect sword technique he later taught to CJM. 😭 They are powerful enough to even out Si Ying+Jing Mie's attacks and smart enough to get back the Mirror of the Past. This was the funny bts with Uncle Zhaoyou's wig accidentally and quickly removed by Jing Mie. 🤣🤣🤣
LSS showing up and wounding him with Chongyu Harp attack surprised DG 2.0.
Just realized DG 2.0 showed off his 3 major weapons - Bone Refining Seal, God Slaying Crossbow, and Sky Slashing Sword - in the first episode. 😎😂
His golden male asura* reminds me of something. I will look into this later.
He addresses himself as "benzou" - a pompous way "evilish" characters call themselves(i.e. Dylan Wang's LBFAD character). It means This Venerable One.
That shot of DG and LSS flying to attack each other is chef's kiss. DG choking LSS: This is how I met your mother! 🤣🤣🤣
LSS' goddess mark fends off DG and her blood activates the Mirror of the Past. She enters an alternate space where she hears Jize's voice telling her she is The Chosen One to reverse destiny, showing her snippets of TTJ's past, and telling her to activate the Light Breaking Array to go back 500 years into the past.
Gongye shows up to stall DG while LSS goes back to Hengyang Sect. Her father and the disciples put up the goldren female asura** shield while Uncle Zhaoyou activates the LBA.
DG destroys the shield easily and kills all of Hengyang Sect. He looks at LSS curiously and "allows" her to leave after she says she will definitely kill him someday.
LSS transmigrates into YXW's body. In the 27th minute mark, you can see the reflection of the camera and film crew in YXW's eyes. HD much?!😂
LSS is amazed that the sky is blue. I don't know if you guys picked up on this. It made me sad because LSS grew up in literally a dark world shrouded by dark clouds since it is ruled by DG while hearing stories of immortal sects being killed off one by one. This is why she fears and hates him so much (aside from the final destruction day attack).

OG YXW is so wicked. She even hired bandits to fake attack/kidnap her. 😈
