Sometimes I wonder in the original story, if Tantai Jin had revealed to Xiwu/Susu earlier that he kept his promise…
TTJ was very prideful so he didn't tell her. If he did, she wouldn't have gone to the 8th prince to "rescue" her grandmother alone. This would have been a great opportunity for them to clear up the misunderstanding and team up against Tantai Minghan and Bitchang instead.
I just posted my long delayed review and I was curious so I looked at the rest. It is too bad that some people cannot follow the storyline while others lowered the score because of the ending even though they liked most of the drama. 😢
But man, some are obviously paid trolls or water armies! They copy pasted non factual content about the drama and another one just put dots. What the heck?! 😤

Ignore the hand signals and focus on his mouth. When he says ON, his mouth is left open. When he says OFF, his mouth is closed. So, even if he does a hand motion, just look at his mouth and you should be able to tell whether it's ON or OFF! 🤣🤣🤣
