there's a short sequel manga by the same author called "AIB retry". Arisu & Usagi get married, Arisu gets into car accident I think, goes back to Borderland regains memories of previous games, returns to real world for Usagi and their baby.
Some people are saying there is romance in it if yes then between who and who
