DEFINETELY SHOULD GIVE IT A SHOT!
I'm not gonna say much and throw the fun, but just don't drop the series or judge it by the very first ep. Give it a shot! It's so fluffy and hilarious!It's an 8.5 or 9 BUT I'm giving it a ten as honestly, this deserves much more attention than it is getting now. I too, dropped the series by some of the reviews, but then the reviews gradually started coming off good, thus I gave it another go, and guess what? WHY DID I ABANDON IT IN THE FIRST PLACE!? That decision of mine was truly harsh and idiotic! This is such a fun series in all honesty!

IT'S SO CUTE!! Not to mention so close to reality!
Istg- I don't know why some people are saying it's not worth it or whatever, but it's really sweet! Not to mention how good Phuwin(Pi) is at acting! The story is pretty relatable as well, one who loves himself, but at the same time is not confident in himself because of how the outworld treats him... And MorkXPi's story is so fun! Not to mention how it tackled all the 'toxic-shipping' culture in real life which leads to stalking and privacy invasion which is literally an offence! The side characters and ship are hilarious as well! I really am not a fan of a lovey-dovey couple and stories, so it was fun to see a story where the lead does not really care much about his image in front of another lead and initiates fun more than cheese stuff~It may not be a deep plot story, but it is so pragmatic and relatable, especially Pi's character, most teens nowadays have the same issue of anxiety and paranoia as Pi's character in the series...
Overall, It's really a fit if you need something that's got comedy and romance balanced with actuality as plot~ and is not too heavy to comprehend and is all-around fun to watch~ Yes, it is indeed something that'll give you second-hand embarrassment but in a laughable manner, not cringe. The only flaw that I catch is Pond(Mork's) acting... He is a rookie and the feat is not to the point of bad but is just not good enough, there was a lack of sensation on his side...
To sum it up, FUTS is indeed one of the gold mine stories of GMMTV I'd say, truly a down-to-Earth and Rom-Com <3

A MUST WATCH OR YA'LL HOES MISSING OUT FR FR
Let me be clear about this: I personally prefer shows like KP, MOD, and Not Me. I am not the sort of girl who would settle with a simple lip peck or cheek kiss, let alone a storyline that is based on puppy love. I had no clue, though, that I would become so hooked on this one. I said to myself after seeing the pilot trailer, "Oh, okay, just a bunch of new, immature kids." But who would have thought those "kids" would grow up to be individuals I end up loving so much that, despite being broke, I spend on their goddamn merchandise? That is how engrossed I became in this show.As I've already mentioned, the narrative was a typical college kitten romance tale. FOURTHGEM SLAYED. Mediocre plot, BUT ABSOLUTELY EXCELLENT CAST. Let me just state that I wholeheartedly adore Fourth.
No spoilers are being given; you just MUST see it. Even if you don't have any expectations. I didn't too. As the following episode of Never Let Me Go hadn't yet aired, and the premiere of MSP popped up on my FYP, I clicked on the first episode, thinking, "Meh, I'm bored anyways." It had me on a very tight leash from the very first episode.
GemFourth should be the leads in more series, as their relationship on and off screen is excellent. Their off-screen arguments and taunting behavior is so entertaining to observe. The attention being given to these guys is well-deserved. Fuck it, They deserve more. Period.

The production did not understand the assignment
The acting was good, if not great, it gradually improved and became adorable from ep 3. The OST was great as well! What did not pass the vibe was the presentation and delivery, the bad job at portraying from the production side made the show just... dull.It was honestly the actors who carried out the entire show, ep 4 and 5 were comparatively better than 1and 2, but the show only got like 5 episodes! Also, don't get me started on the camera angles like what even! Maybe I've high standards or whatever, but the directing was truly awful!
The storyline was great, it was unique. If only they put a little more effort into depiction...
I honestly wanted to rate only a 6, but I love Gameplay too much for that lol-

Dang, but why so short?
It was actually great. I wasn't expecting Korea to do this like just wow-It would've been better if it was a normal-length film like an hr and a half at least instead of just half an hour, it'd be so freaking awesome then. Not saying it's not good now, but it just feels like things are happening too quickly and some questions are left unanswered i.e how did he learn the spell? when did he curse him? why is he so jealous of him? How is he not scared of the ghost and treat him like an un-called guest who is actually one of his sex-partner(this particularly was so confusing yet funny to me. I get adaptability skill but like- bro was just chilling and fcking with an unknown dead being...)? and so on, these little things could be answered with viewers' imagination as well(not the last one tho) but I think it'd be best if the answers were in the movie itself, then the length of the film would also increase, but it was indeed a low-budget film so the length is understandable. Like, someone fund THIS, instead of spending on cliche-puppy-love shows, fund THIS type of masterpiece instead!

This was actually really good!
I was at first really hesitant to see the show as the top reviews weren't really great, but then I scrolled down to see some more reviews and thought to give it a try as most of the reviews(except the top 2) were indeed positive! And by god do I not regret it! Seriously, the show was enchanting! Cute, Dorky, Great chemistry, Kisses! Overall really attractive and fun to watch! Surely I wouldn't admit this to be something which would be interesting to binge-watch, but it'd be your loss if you ignore the series! Loved it!Was this review helpful to you?
