Actually lil bit confused why he hasn't appear yet even until this ep when I thought he's a crucial character and would have a strong appearance in the capital for this salt reformations (?). Like, where is he actually? Hope you guys enlighten me cuz maybe i'm missing out some points in the previous episodes.
