People who have already read the novel are not interpreting the adaptation of the series itself, but rather comparing it, already choosing a side without appreciating what is present in each episode.
The people in here babying Lu Feng for active choices he keeps making around the person he’s supposedly “loves”…
I could even understand your comment until you mentioned that Lu Feng pushed his brother down the stairs as if it were intentional. What many are forgetting is the drama that Lu Feng (not that he's right) has been living through since childhood at the hands of his father. The only thing I know is that this series is complex; on one side is someone who has always been taught to prioritize family, and on the other side is someone who has lived the opposite, not to mention that many have read the novel and are forgetting that the series is just an adaptation.
From the start I never liked the sly Yi Cheng, what hypocritical and pathetic characters... That's when I think, where is Lu Feng's self-respect?! He could have whoever he wanted, he should drop the obsession and stop living off crumbs. Besides, I never felt that passionate look or even surrender from Xian Cheng... And that Qin Lang, another disguised egoist.
I was rooting so hard for my best friend not to be the killer, and in the end it was him 🤡 Always a best friend in love, which isn't surprising anymore.
Only today did I have the courage to watch the last episodes. I refuse to accept that they wasted the incredible chemistry between Taehyung and his nephew and gave so much screen time to the "secondary" character with the insecure (and not very charismatic) protagonist... Congratulations, they managed to ruin the drama that had everything to warm our hearts with the sweetness that is Seon U Ju🥰
I felt uncomfortable throughout the entire episode 🤯 I would have preferred that Jade wasn't Jay's brother; I can't wrap my head around such indifference towards his only family (his brother).
I must have missed something in this drama; something is escaping me about Yeon. Having a mother from hell, she still became a great, independent woman, and at the same time, she's so "childish" (she's gone beyond the level of fear and insecurity). I think the protagonists are too grown up for so much whining and clichés 🙄🙄 And the script is terrible, I won't even mention the love triangle.
it's for people who has emotional intelligence. I love it so much.
t's about it... If there's one thing I've learned on this site, it's not to take ratings or reviews too seriously, and to appreciate trying to understand each story. People need to learn that not all genres are for everyone and avoid criticizing everything that doesn't match their personal taste.
What a pleasant surprise! 🍀 This series is for those who are attentive and pay attention to the content. It managed to keep me awake until 4 am and left me hungover at work. I loved it so much! 10/10 🙌🏿🍀
