Wait does He know that the person he is emailing in Sei? And does Sei know the person he is emailing is him?
I don't think so. Sai's private e-mail address is "[email protected]" (while Higawara have [email protected]) he used first name of his crush/roommate so it's not that obvious that it's his email. Higawara at this point probably thinks that he talks to someone who have the same first name

If you are talking about the twitt I think you do, then I think they meant like TV show and not drama/series. They mentioned programs like Arm Share, Live House and Peak Trip and non of the series that are airing right now
