i usually watch kr/jp dramas but enjoy all either way

drama watcher since 2020, started to get really into them in early 2022

things i love in dramas:
fluff, apocalyptic worlds, moody/dark storylines, forbidden love, strong women, lgbtq+, mental health/illness rep.

things i hate in dramas:
excessive angst, dubious consent, explicit sex scenes, abuse/sexual violence, miscommunication, weak leads, mysoginy, homophobia, creepy age gaps, gen ai.

i lovelovelove! will probably fixate on it

8.5 - 9.0

so good! maybe had a flaw or two but still enjoyed it overall

7.5 - 8.0

liked it! yet still had some flaws/weak parts, or just things i disliked

6.5 - 7.0

somewhat enjoyable

5.0 - 6.0

lackluster with a few good moments here and there

3.0 - 4.0

fuckass. hated watching it. don't even know how i sat through it all

doubt i'd finish a drama worth this rating instead of just dropping it

(sometimes i drop shows cus i get bored, doesn't mean they're necessarily bad + i don't rate dropped dramas)
