Can you find me a man like that too? And can he look exactly like TJR? š«£
I was all about XZ from POJ, and then Ji Ling just took the throne now šššš The yearning is just so, i have no words to describe it, even the hand washing just screams YEARNING
I've read some leaks, don't know if they'll really follow through it. Spoilers below
I've read the ending, it was leaked. All I can say is, I guess it was kind of alright? But for me, I needed more scenes of those HE just because the angst are A LOT!
i feel you, especially after the 21st ep, like what do you mean you are suddenly bringing in time loop in the…
We just donāt have the full picture yet.
A lot of LWYās actions only make sense after you know about the loop. Itās less a āshock revealā and more something that recontextualizes everything sheās been doing from the start.
And if you look at it that way, her behavior lines up more:
sheās likely gone back hundreds of times and still couldnāt change the outcome JL always ends up sacrificing himself no matter what she tries so at some point, it makes sense she stops explaining things and just carries it alone
Plus, the series hasnāt revealed everything yet, so there could still be rules or constraints about the loop that explain why she couldnāt just tell someone or change things easily.
So yeah, I think it feels messy right now because weāre seeing it midway, not because the idea itself doesnāt work.
What are some examples? of The plot tries so hard to be deep and mysterious, but most of the time it just ends…
I think the time loop isnāt really meant to be a āmystery twistā with heavy foreshadowing. Itās more something that recontextualizes everything after you know it. The focus isnāt on figuring it out, but on understanding the tragedy behind her actions.
Also, I donāt think itās as simple as āshe never tried anything else.ā Based on what weāve seen (and the leaks), it feels like sheās gone back hundreds of times and still couldnāt change the outcome, JL always ends up sacrificing himself no matter what she does.
If thatās the case, then it makes sense why she stops telling people or seeking help. After failing over and over, it becomes less about trying new methods and more about enduring it alone and hoping something eventually changes.
And the toll is there, just not explicitly stated:
she keeps going back despite the damage to her body she sacrifices parts of herself she even reaches a point where she begs to be killed
That already shows how broken she is from the loop.
Plus, the series hasnāt revealed everything yet, so there might still be rules or reasons behind the loop that explain why she couldnāt just ātell someone and fix it.ā
So yeah, I agree the execution couldāve been better, but I donāt think her actions are unrealistic, it just feels incomplete right now because we donāt have the full picture yet.

Basically, no matter what they do, JY is always going to possess LWY. The only thing they can do is to prevent her "birth". So basically, JL is left alone and died. Then either it's a next life or in an alternate universe where they met again.
I've read some leaks, don't know if they'll really follow through it. Spoilers below
They're going to meet again in another life/universe. LWY became a human but JL retained his memories. And there they got a HE. But I don't trust the director, what if he'll show it something like a "what if" or like "just a dream"
So this page now officially has the highest comment numbers on MDL?....just noticed it surpassed TTEOTM
It's fun to talk about theories and the what ifs. Or we're just like that because we know the director is allergic to HE and loves angst. We're venting out here š¤£š¤£š¤£š¤£
