It kind of reminds me of From in terms of storytelling, where you’re thrown into things without full explanations, not unless you watch the entire thing. But honestly, From is way more complex. This one feels similar in structure, just more focused on the emotional side rather than the mystery.

The show isn't just direct that is why you think nothing makes sense.
They’re not really “changing sides” randomly, it just looks like that because we don’t have the full context yet. JL clearly has his own plan going on, and some things (like WWY being killed) might not be as straightforward as they seem.
As for LWY, her actions line up once you consider the time loop, she went back to save JL after he sacrificed himself, so a lot of what she does comes from knowing things others don’t.
I think the issue is more about how the story is told. It’s not a straightforward, “here’s everything in order” kind of show. It withholds information and lets you piece things together later. Honestly, the storytelling reminds me of some novels I’ve read. They jump timelines and POVs a lot, and you don’t fully understand what’s going on unless you really pay attention, or sometimes not until you’ve read most, if not all, of it.
So yeah, it’s not a “spoon-fed” kind of story. If you prefer something more direct and clearly laid out, this just might not be your type.
Yes, it'll be multiple time loops. Basically, they kept on saving each other by going back in time.
If what I read was true, then that's because they were already defeated by JY, like even WSG would die. And then they somehow, managed to travel back in time to prevent LWY birth.
Basically, there really is no other way to defeated JY without killing LWY.
Also, when he prevented her "birth" (not ure if it really could be called as birth), he exhausted his powers and then he went back as the red fox again and then died.
It is in Netflix, but only the first 22 so far since they keep to the schedule
Yeah, I know, but what I meant is that it would be nice if it'll be like the Netflix series were they drop the episodes all at once where we do not have to wait one ep or 2 eps a day

There's another one that I've read, though I'm not entirely sure. She'll be able to save him, i guess, back he'll be in a comma? Or he's as good as dead. And then it triggered to travel back in time.
Imagine loosing your loved one countless times and then going back in time to try to prevent it all to happen…
I’d lose my mind! I’d probably just stage a coup, absorb JY’s and the dragon deity’s powers for myself, and become the ultimate powerhouse just to save him or Imma pull a Scarlet Witch mode 🤣🤣🤣

Pretty sure it started with when JL sacrificed himself. From what I've read, • In the original timeline, Ji Ling sacrifices his life to end a devastating drought. • After his death, Lu Wuyi is left in despair, grieving him. • JL's form in today's episode was the dragon scale that JL consumed. It fed on his loneliness and manifested in him. • That another JL offers to send her back in time to change Ji Ling’s fate. • Lu Wuyi is sent back to the past when Ji Ling is still a young fox, held captive by Yuan Wuhuo. • To stay by his side, she takes the form of a small doll—“A’Wu,” his only companion during his darkest days. • The doll is actually Lu Wuyi herself. • To gain enough power to speak and comfort him, she cuts off one of her own tails. • Through this, she prevents Ji Ling from taking his own life before they had ever truly met.
Yes, it's clearly isn't the first. We already have the hint for A'Wu

Not sure how true this is though
It's just them saving each other 😭😭😭

Also, as long as she doesn't use any of her powers, it'll be fine and stay away from the full moon.

He figured it out that LWY is trying to save him
