I think your being too hash on him because of our bias towards GR. At the cinema he was probably signal by staff, that’s why he acted like that. Other then that, I feel he is taking his time, going slowly, because he understands that GR is not 100% yet. The fact that both of them cry a lot in the movie tells me they were very immersed. I don’t see him changing direction! He’s gonna pursue her until the end.

I knew it was going to be hard, but not this heartbreaking. I’m so disappointed, sad, and angry. They were laughing in the theater while the situation was horrible for GR. She could barely smile. She was gently tugging on SW’s sleeve, wanting to leave. On the stairs, she lied to SW, saying she was emotional because of the movie. I’m shattered into a million pieces. 💔

I see your point, but at the moment, I don't think there are any real feelings involved on his part. I think his mindset is: "How can I make an impression on this show and boost my career?" It's a long show, and he will probably develop some feelings for someone by the end.

To me, the difference between the girls is this: YY is easygoing and comfortable to be around, someone he finds cute, charming, and clearly interested in him. GR is a challenge, a mystery, and a path that will require much more effort.

I know, right? Two girls have already cried because of him. But at the same time, how can we blame them? He's smooth as butter.

I don't think it's right to be this attentive toward girls you're just getting to know. This is exactly the type of man I dislike in real life. It comes across as if he's not being genuine and is acting strategically.

I think he's going to face some repercussions. It's going to get very messy. No man wants to be caught on camera with a girl crying beside him. Even if he's doing it for screen time (which I totally believe he is, by the way), it doesn't paint him in a very good light. Don't you agree?

He was totally describing YY, and again, his behavior is completely different with her. Nevertheless, we can agree that GR is on his mind. I feel sorry for the catfish. He doesn't seem to have the same level of interest in her, but I fear he's going to keep stringing her along.

Do you think he's going to pursue GR? Like, actually ask her to do something outside of the PD-arranged dates? Or do you think GR is going to be more open?

6. There’s a phrase in the trailer where YG says, “Actually, I like you too,” in a very shy way. Can you imagine her saying that to anyone other than WG? She’s already had dates with every guy, and none of them made the slightest impact on her.

I’m not saying I’m 100% sure, but the more I watch, the more I believe they’re endgame.

To me personally, the interesting part will be seeing how GR reacts. I think she’s going to have the biggest heartbreak of the season, even more than Minju, because I think WG is going to keep her around until the last week. I also feel like she’ll open up to him, because she’s one of the most honest people in the cast. She already said she’s not going to go on dates with people she’s not interested in.

I also LOVE SW. To me, he’s the best guy in the house. He just needs to learn how to flirt a little. But even that makes him feel more genuine.

I still have hopes though, that GR chooses SW in the end, even if is only to save face 🤣

1. She was his first choice on day one. He liked GR, but after a 10-min conversation with YG, he chose to msg her. Even then, he had already made plans to take GR to work the next day.
2. He chose to msg YG on a regular day, with no dates involved. He sent her 3 msgs, even when she wasn’t reciprocating. He could’ve chosen GR, especially since she texted him after her first date with SW. They also hid the msgs from the day the catfish arrived. Why? We know he didn’t msg GR for 3 days in a row because they showed it in a flashback during the Japan date.
3. Out of all his dates, YG is the one he takes the lead with. He asks questions, keeps the conversation going, and pays attention to small details. With the other girls, he seems much more go-with-the-flow.
4. The editing is clearly trying to create a WG-GR narrative. Since Ep. 5, so much drama has been created through editing alone. The airplane scene, their heavily edited date, and the Japan date selection all made it seem like GR chose SW over him and that he was disappointed. But the girls had already chosen their dates the night before. Rock-paper-scissors was only for the locations. It feels like forced drama.
5. They seem very comfortable with each other. Even the cast appears to notice it. Yet their interactions are constantly being hidden. Whenever they do show them together, they look relaxed, natural, and genuinely happy….

They definitely know! That’s why YG pulled away a little (only to come back later, but anyway), and GR is so guarded.

I also don’t think he’s going to end up alone. To me, he and YG have been endgame since their first date. I can elaborate on that if you’re interested.

But yes, his attention to detail and the way he remembers small things, like “you didn’t eat much yesterday,” really stand out.

As for GR, I think she knows too, and that’s why we see her crying twice in the trailer. I think she already knows.

My heart breaks for her, seriously. But because of who she is (as you explained so well), I also believe she might choose SW in the end.

The forced editing is what makes it clear to me that they’re pushing false narratives. I’ve been saying WG and YG are endgame since Episode 4. I really wish I were wrong, because once you see it, you can’t unsee it. It kind of ruins the experience.

It didn’t click for me that he had texted YG 3 times in a row! But you’re correct! Although GY never complains about it, it’s just part of the editing. To me, that just adds to my belief that they will be endgame and the PD is just creating this whole narrative that he is bothered/jealous. It’s insane, really.

I see your point, and I agree. But he was not on a 1:1 date. He is intelligent enough to know that would cause misunderstandings. He does it anyway because he really doesn’t care. Like when he was talking with YG about carpooling in front of GR. He is committed to exploring his options and flirting freely. I’m not saying it is wrong, I’m just saying it’s going to bite him back in the end.

It’s completely different editing. This season, they’re trying to sell an almost unrequited-love narrative between YG and WG. Like she’s down bad, while at the same time forcing a triangle with GY, SW, and WG. The editing around that part is borderline ridiculous.

They deliberately hide WG and YG moments just to use them later as flashbacks, giving only enough to maintain the drama.

And lastly, you also have to objectively look at the messages sent. They tell a completely different story. WG has been texting YG since day one.
