First thing right from the start, why would you go into a bunker if the world was going to be destroyed?

Righttt. Everyone being notified to win a spot to go to the bunker, except the whole world will be destroyed, presumably including that bunker. LOL. I guess it’s a government feel good thing and they likely know it’s useless.

you have to use vpn if it's not available in your country..

I use Nord VPN. It’s the best one out there. I paid like $100 or something for 3 years worth, so it’s like $2.70 a month. Totally worth it!

I have Wetv but it is not on their site.They say the copyright is not theirs yet.

You have to use a VPN set on a Thailand server. Then it will work. And it does have English subs too. Plus timed comments like on Viki.

Do you need to watch uwma first or is this ok as standalone?

Watch UWMA first. They have included a lot of connections to the original characters and flashbacks that would confuse the heck out of someone who hasn’t seen it yet.
