I knew that Ji Hyo was suffering from Inferiority complex and wasn't a bad person just jealous of Seo Ri so I love that we can have their frenemy arc now maybe 🤧🤝

I hated today’s episode, he acted like an obsessed hateful jerk then kissed her, this is not Hollywood pls that…
I think it was the fact that he knows Mundo will use her as his weakness and endanger her. And she keeps giving him warnings against Mundo so he knows their love is mutual but she still doesn't trust him completely to tell everything yet but he has bared himself open. He wants her to be by his side no matter if it's using him or loving him genuinely, it doesn't matter to him if she betrays him or strikes a deal to save herself just life Grand prince in the past, he will still look at the bigger picture and choose to love her.
That's the reason why he stays even when she slaps him, and finally his strength leaves his body after he realises his harsh words and rests on her shoulder as a renewed vow to stick by each other's side.
Se Gye has only ever suppressed his real emotions only letting them spill when it concerns Seo Ri so the way he acts is normal considered the fact that she appeared in his life like someone planned it, all of a sudden bumping to him.

The story has gone from fresh and unique into the classic cliche.
The palace intrigue politics was bound to be cliche tho
I love the way they handled it

I think grandfather get to know about Seo Jun that's why he is sending him to US branch where his son is.
Maybe Mundo too fell for a no name actress and she gave birth after which he abandoned them as chairman hated Se Gye's mom for being an actress. Maybe she died afterwards too so he tries to compensate his son with gifts. I don't think Chairman disliked Se Gye's mom, he just hated that his son will have to work twice as hard to make his mark without a marital backing. Pretty sure, he'll accept Se Gye and Seori as a couple. I believe Se Gye died after he was sent to exile..I want to learn how Seori changed into the strong willed woman that she is now after the exile that led her to become a royal concubine.
And why mundo felt the need to kill her?

Seori is trapped in her past so she keeps mistreating Se Gye out of spite, guilt, regret and the weight of words unspoken. I wish they clear this in the next episode and she opens up completely.

What do you mean what he'd do if he knew you were Dan Sim, he'd still choose to sail through this with you. Even when he felt betrayed, he made sure to ask for her safety in past life. He knew there was more to the story. I know we will get happy ending this time around no matter how malevolent their cursed bond may be

Mundo literally abandoned his illegitimate kid to be this flawless heir whom the board supports but I hope hus son makes him realise that something more important than money and power is love.

I laugh, I get tensed, i laugh, i cry, I laugh again and then cry because I've laughed again.
That's the cycle that this drama has kept me in. Love their dynamic, love that nothing is being dragged for no reason and I desperately want the past life story to be put and Se Gye to question Seori if she's Mundo's spy then piece his dream and realise it's Danshim and rush to hug her.

Called it! The day Mu Won told Mechoori that their friend from usu team was now abroad running business I knew he was the one who caused the mess that ruined 7 lives of our story and so many more consumers. Still he learned nothing and disrespected the dead in his funeral causing a ruckus their just to save his won ass. Not just that he continues usig the same tactics to this day shamelessly. How pathetic!

... PGS apologized and chose HJ over his co-writer only bc she had threatened him with divorce. To PGS, HJ >…
Exactly. It was clear that PGS was insecure for the most part of the show and that was what reflected in his infatuated with Writer Park as she told him things he wanted to hear that boost his morale but he realised that HJ speaks out of love and care. He knows he'll miss out on the girl who found laugh in his work when everything felt like falling apart. To call that merely something he did for the help HJ has shown in his career is really childish and this drama is deeper than that. It about falling back together like a piece of puzzle cuz you ultimately fit only in one set no matter how much you try to blend in with the rest of the world

The drama leaves so many things unsaid. We don't know if Jin Man will ever get to call his daughter his own. We never saw his wife or got to know how his life went downhill.
We don't learn explicitly from Dong Man what his worst past was.
We don't see Eun A become successful
We don't see the downfall of the money hungry Ceo
We will never know about Mi Ram's dad, how Jeong Hui married him,
No one will ever know if Eun A ever learnt about her mother's childhood traumas and about her dad cheating on her.

And that's what makes this drama beautiful, every one has things they hide, things they show and things they pretend. For someone making money is the only thing that gives their life purpose, for some it's the thought that there's a tomorrow worth meeting new people.

I loved how Dong Man wants to live his life for humour, Eun a wanting to make her life a film watching him create comedy.

Jin Man sharing lessons and being a rock despite his struggles and finally stepping up and writing down a poem. He loves poetry the most and that's why it makes him feel pathetic, that's what love does. He doesn't think anything when he is welding because that's what he does for the day to just go by.

Mi Ran clearly respects Jeong Hui as the role model who raised her when her dad was absent. She realises the struggles of Si On but can also feel that she was a mom to her even if she failed to be one for her bio daughter and now she knows why Mi Ran called her impressive cuz she too finds her new found sister impressive. Their lives mirror each other, Eun A's step grandmother and Miran Step mom raised them and they turned out pretty great.

I pity Jeong Hui as bit, it's clear she intimidates to avoid being cornered like her dad and husband did.

Friendships too are a times a power struggle no matter just how close you are, somethings can only be understood when you stand side by side, and understand each other's position like you've lived it yourself.

When Gyeong Se apologised, the one who never apologises and fought throughout to be the first, he chose the third place and that goes to show how much he cares for Hye Jin. Writer Park was more like people we meet in life who we infatuate over for the things that they mirror in us or the things we lack and they resemble, we learn, soak, store it as a sweet memory and move on. It never replaces your love.

Finally we saw Eun A's name being written in the script Miran gave to Jaeyong at the end too. He needed to fall head first honestly but I guess losing a brilliant person like Eun A is a punishment already.

I watched it and had to let it sink in. That's how much this story impacted me.
Loved how Eun A said if you ought to write stories for as long as you live, she'd rather watch live be a comedy with Dong Man. Such a precious duo, they make each other better and fight the world for each other. She found herself family in Jin Man too. Jin Man shared so many life lessons, I loved how he stared writing again, of only for the sake of getting to meet his daughter in person again, as a proud man.
Oh Jeong Hui was the mother to Mi Ran like Eun A's grandmother was to her. Eun A realised that words and past can't kill her anymore and now finds solace in the words in Jeong Hui, pretty sure she'll learn to see her beyond the pain she caused in her life. Mi Ran is the most brilliant, her dad is a mess, her step mom raised her with discipline but like a Principal of a university, ofc she was always there for her but never like a caring mother but Miran and EunA fill what both lack in each other. Eun A gets an older sister, Miran learns how the one her idol finds impressive is the one she found impressive too. Pretty sure she understands Eun A's plight, feels for her past and is proud of her growth. We saw how even in friendship, being on the same level is so important to actually understand one another.
Loved everything about this drama

Gi jeon and Dong Ju really are the mom and dad duo aren't they? The way he helped Yoon choose the right path?! Woah! I'd love a bl track between them just as much i guess. The friendship of these 4 and Eui Jo and her friend make this series really special

more than healing this show to me is about finding solace in our flaws and hardships, the director himself didn't…
I definetely see that in Hey jin's strength of character and Dong Man's journey but for the rest they need to show the atleast a bit of happy momemts and glimpse of a hopeful future

I don't want a very successful debut either as it seems way too cliche but Eun Ah said that's the best she's read and we know just how much knowledge she has and her predictions are always right so I think he'll succeed to get the rookie director award for sure. But I don't see him continuing relentlessly like PGS, he's happy being the one who looks after Eun Ah, Jin Man and Sol Mae, have fun with Friends and write and create for the fun of it. I see him as a house husband raising their kids while Eun A does big things like best seller author and producer
