Finally done with this drama. I don't wanna rate this drama as I really loved it despite its flaws. What it didnt do right was rushing too much into political drama. It didn't let me breathe even for a second and dropped mystery after mystery. They should have extended the episodes number and let the story breathe instead of running a marathon. Nevertheless there were not many loopholes and somehow everything fit. Second issue was with last few episodes. The war should have taken half of the episode but it merely lasted 10 minutes. Also li lejun and the other king' arc should have been explored more. Yes. The drama lacked at some places. Which every other dramas do. But what this drama did right was romance and ost. They were more intimate than the couples who kissed in every episode. The chemistry was there and they acted good. Second thing that I liked was the grey nature of characters. Every villain here was grey. Every hero was grey. This is how most of us are. There is no white and black. Yes some people are inherently evil but usually we all have some ultimate motives to prove. Sometimes they are good sometimes they are bad. Finally what I am taking home from this drama is that if you love you are supposed to go all the way to the end. It's not one way street it's two fold path. Whoever wrote that OST did a bang on job. Will I be rewatching it? Yes. The only drama I have researched is TBOY. Next would be this.
I think minghao is left handed. Can anyone confirm or deny it? He is doing action with his left hand and seems more convincing than right one. It feels natural..
