Serious plots holes, predictable - the four stars is for ONE scene only

Spoiler:So I knew immediately that it was her on the kidnappers phone because the kidnapper had a stutter. (Of course the evil kidnapper has a disability - SIGH) No surprise there. And since that seems to be the main suspense point of this show, I guess there's nothing left to watch for.Plot Holes/Predictable:1) Also why is so incredibly intelligent but he can't figure out why she wouldn't tell him she was kidnapped? DUH YOU TOLD THE KIDNAPPER TO KILL HER?! (dafuq) 2) Then she's savvy enough to figure out she can get out of the marriage by pretending to be the kidnapper but isn't smart enough to almost let the husband discover the kidnapper's phone by going into her purse for the car keys - the most obvious place he'd look? 3) Then she continues to 'play mute' for what purpose? Wouldn't it be beneficial for her if she actually wanted a relationship with him (which they seem to hint at numerous times)? 4) And then the motorcyclist in all black driving too close to her makes him grab her waist, pull her close into a slow mo? BARF! I see where this is going. (Later he gets jealous of her male friend - eye roll)5) Plus Korea has some of the most extensive network of traffic cameras and they catch her car on two for ten seconds tops? Yeah no, I don't believe that for a minute. AND MORE ABLEISM! The scene in the court where the interpreter spoke out of turn: ok, I understand why the judge told her it was not acceptable to translate out of turn but then the judge says "Also, try to tone down the interpretation." HOLY SHIT - YOU LITERALLY HAVE AN ASIAN MALE TELLING AN INTERPRETER TO CENSOR A DISABLED PERSON! DOES THIS ACTUALLY HAPPEN?! What's worse is the writers could have used the opportunity to point out the disadvantages she has but instead they used her as a prop to mirror what is happening to the main character. THE ONLY BRIGHT SPOT IN THIS WHOLE EPISODE IS SEEING THE FRIEND SIGN WITH HER BECAUSE SIMPLY "THAT'S HOW I CAN TALK WITH YOU." IF ONLY THE WHOLE SHOW WAS LIKE THIS! It's the way things should be and I feel bad that no one in her immediate life cares enough to 'talk to her.' Not her mother, 'husband,' mother-in-law - really sad.

Interesting series synopsis, but ableist depiction of sign language

I watched this because the synopsis looked interesting and I was excited to see a disabled person as a main character however, this is just a ploy and doesn't even last the entire episode. The writers also used sign language for a joke which is ableist (look up the definition) but I tried to ignore it. Unfortunately, the comments that came out after the writers apologized made it so much worse. It really reminded me that people do not understand: yes, disabled people have a great sense of humor (as a disabled person with chronic pain, if I didn't laugh, I would cry all the time) but it's an entirely different thing when non-disabled people USE you as a joke. I'm going to get flamed for this but it wouldn't be the first time and it won't be the last.
