But Lucia wore it to the office to provoke Gyeongchae - no more, no less. And she had the nerve to cry and look pitiful. 🫤

Gyeongchae should have told Seri that, she herself, is Seri's biological mother when she was not causing trouble and was receptive to hearing such shocking news.

Well, now if she wants to tell Seri, she will need to do a DNA test with Seri to prove it.

In the beginning of episode 48, Gyeongchae was almost in tears as she reminded her father that
her mother was the one who took charge of the construction of the house because he was very busy with work.
That even Sujeong's mother has never stepped into their home.  And now he is going to invite Lucia into their home... as his new wife.

Honestly, I felt her sadness as she mentioned her late mother because the house must have held a lot of memories of her late mother whom she was close to.

Seri - she has been causing trouble time and again.  Four years ago, she beat up and even hired a thug to beat up Miso until her internal organ needed stitches.  Horrific!

Now, 4 years later, instead of discussing with Gyeongchae about searching for her biological mother, she thought she was so ingenious that she found her biological mother on her own and then happily gave away her Mingang shares etc. 
Seri is lucky she was not kicked out of the house.

If all of Chairman's children supported his re-marriage and having his new wife moved in - then all will be fine and dandy.

But his elder daughter objected strongly.

In order to keep the peace at home, and if Chairman has no intention of cutting ties with his elder daughter, he can set up home with his new wife in another house.  It will be very awkward and uneasy for his adult children to live with his new wife, who is the same age as his elder daughter and younger than his eldest son. 

This is my personal opinion.  Please do not come after me if you disagree.

Having said all these, this is makjang kdrama, they will live together, eat together, sleep together and fight together.  Maybe someone will die in this process of togetherness.

At this point, I feel somewhat sorry for Gyeongchae. Don't get me wrong, I am not saying that all that she has done is morally right. I am just worried about her mental health.

▪︎ Seri pushed her away.
▪︎ She and her father are having unusually fierce quarrels and he threw a wine glass so close to her face that a glass chip cut her cheek.
▪︎ Her plans to gather more Mingang shares for herself have fallen flat.
▪︎ Her father broke his promise not to get close to Lucia again. Instead, he is going to marry Lucia.

Her biggest misstep is to bring in both Taegyeong and Lucia. She will realise, in good time, that she has singlehandedly ruined Mingang Distribution.

At this rate, she may lose her mind and resort to violence, in the near future, as her father has taught her.

He CANNOT give his late wife's ring to his new love. Each woman should have her own ring, he ... 🤬.

If she indeed had feelings for Chairman, then Lucia will be in danger.
But I am hoping that Yeonha would be hired as a cook when Lucia married Chairman. Lucia badly needs an ally when she moves in with Chairman.

You feel that Mgr Gong has a thing for Chairman?  But she did encourage him to find a woman and marry 4 years ago, before he met Lucia.  What I found inappropriate about Gong is that she should not enter his bedroom, late in the night, as he is getting to sleep and chat with him about this and that.
She might indeed have hidden feelings for Chairman which might, out of the blue, be revealed to us when Lucia married Chairman.
Writer may want to surprise us, viewers. 😏

Yes, she has to sleep with the Chairman but I can't be certain if they will sleep before marriage or not.  More importantly, Chairman gave Lucia a diamond ring which meant he wants to marry her. 

Remember I said she has to become Mrs Lucia Min.  Only then will Lucia has absolute power to control and later destroy those she hates.  If Lucia just sleeps with the Chairman, she will have not have any power but she needs power to take revenge.

What I meant was, after they are married and slept together. There will be a scene where she will cry and recall Miso and showers and looks determined to take Mingang from the Chairman.
Of course, I only expect one such scene. I also do not expect any nudity as this drama airs at prime time.

Just watched the raw episode 48.

I feel for Gyeongchae. She seems to be losing her mind anytime soon.

Previously, I pointed at Gyeongchae as the killer but now I point at Gyeongchae and Manager Gong. She is a devoted employee and could have been very close to the Chairman's
late wife. She must have witnessedChairman's late wife cryinng, fallen ill from the stress of her husband's cheating and eventually passed away.

That's why this drama is so riveting because it is UNPREDICTABLE - anything goes.

Honestly, if Chairman proposed marriage, after they've slept together, she will go to the bathroom and cry buckets of tears as she showers. I have watched such scenes before.

Sigh! Joetoca, if I were Seolhui, I would be so repulsed to sleep with my enemy that I do not want to take revenge. Such evil people will get their comeuppance one day - I will remind myself of this.

Deb, thanks for scolding me to focus on the revenge. There are too many lovey dovey Lucia-Taegyeong scenes of late.

We were never shown any kiss scene between Seonjae and Seolhui.

If I may give my humble opinion... I want Lucia to kiss Chairman.
I abhor any kisses between Lucia and Taegyeong. If they did so in episode 120, I will 😵‍💫🙄.... 🤢🤮😴 (collapse).

But I am enjoying this one.

As far as my memory serves me right, Sujeong does not have a hold on Seonjae.

I was really thinking of @TooEmotional when Stella confronted Chairman Min.😄
But that actress who played Stella has never played a main role.  Lucia/Seolhui is a main role. 
I was telling some commenters that there is no romantic chemistry and no visual compatibility in the Lucia-Taegyeong pairing.  But no one agrees with me.😒  If I were the Chairman, I would not look at Lucia twice.  I think I should fly to SKorea and volunteer to replace the "robot".  I am sure the Chairman would be interested in me... 😆🤣😂.

I feel for Gyeongchae now.  Her old flower tree father is flowering faster than she can cut off those flowers.  She is extremely stressed out and I fear she might slowly lose her mind to the point that she will attempt to kill Lucia and/or her father.

Ah!  Seri's precious shares, trust and deposit etc. - my take is that Lucia will somehow create a situation, with Taejoo and Stella, where she will become the Finder of those precious documents and then Chairman's heart will melt like ice in the sun. He will certainly propose to Lucia to either move in to live with him or maybe marriage? 🤷🏻‍♀️
