Sometime ago, I read that she was the longtime girlfriend of JKH's father but did marry him later. And she referred to JKH as her son not stepson.

Seri will scream at her mum for abandoning Kangsoo but she will forgive her in the end.

Beomsoo's ex seemed to be losing her marbles and she was stepping on the accelerator while watching Seri playing with Hani. 
Let's cross our fingers and toes that she will attempt to knock down Seri but Seri jumped out of danger with Hani but sustained bruises and abrasions.  Then... 😈 Beomsoo will report her act to the police and she will be jailed.  But when she's out of jail, she will repeat her stalking and harassing on Seri again. 

How to get rid of Beomsoo's ex? 🤔 Like @ricpnz said, tie her to a wide tree and pour honey all over her and then bring the beeees.

It was never mentioned if LX Group was started by Dongseok's parents-in-law.  It will be terribly complicated if it were and there will be an extension of 20 episodes. 😲
Whoa!  I really cannot stand MIL's arrogant face.  This actress is the mother of actor Jung Kyung Ho who is currently filming drama OH MY GHOST CLIENTS.

But I think Seri will be unable to be angry with her mum for a long time. She has a great relationship with her.

Yes, I also think Dongseok will throw caution to the wind and speak his mind finally to that MIL.

I would not categorise EAGLE BROTHERS as makjang.

It is a very heartwarming drama and I love it. However flaws are something we need to expect from dramas. I usually read only the synopsis and check out the cast and then I watch it. Makjang dramas are ongoing QUEEN'S HOUSE & THE WOMAN WHO SWALLOWED THE SUN.

I think I read sometime ago that drama writers are oftentimes pressurised to make small changes to their original storyline to jack up the ratings. It seemed that ratings are very important in drama production and there is a crew member who checks the ratings daily.

Like @Ruby Rain, I apologise for ranting but I have to rant ....

In my earlier comment, I wrote that Miae did not deserve any sympathy from me.  She stirred the hornets' nest by contacting Kangsoo repeatedly and holding his hands tearfully.  She asked for trouble and got it in the end. 
Kangsoo was happily living as one of the Eagle Brothers, but she selfishly and foolishly entered his life after embezzlement and then leaving him at the Brewery for good. 😤

That devious coward MIL dared to make derogatory comments to Kwangsook but dare not let Dongseok know. 

I feel strongly that it is Dongseok's fault for not standing firm towards the MIL all these years.  He needed to know where to draw the line because he is the head of the family.  But he allowed the MIL to step on his head.

I am all for showing respect to parents, parents-in-law or other elders but if one of them went BEYOND merely giving advice but give ORDERS on how a person should live and who a person could marry - then this is called manipulation even if there is no  benefit or gain. 

Only Dongseok can stop the manipulation by breaking his MIL's chains of guilt and control on him. 

She kept saying that, as the children's grandmother, she objected to Kwangsook. But her grandchildren spoke well of Kwangsook so what is the problem. 
The problem is the MOTHER-IN-LAW HERSELF.  😤😠
