In episodes 88 & 89, the scenes between Sungho and Jiseok made cry. Both actors have good chemistry and created good heart-wrenching scenes time and again.
Could it be Hana is Yeojin's biological daughter? Was there an odd background story about Yeojin's pregnancy or birth delivery which the Writer is not revealing atp? 🤔
The 2 Snakes were not able to slither away this time, especially important that Seyeong could not escape because she was with Eunchong at the airport, ready to fly away.
That's why I continue to watch CG. I'm dying to watch Myeongji and Seyeong receive their just deserts.
Someone here wrote that maybe Jiseok may help Seyeong recover from her mental illness later and be with her. I feel strongly that Jiseok deserves a good woman - Seyeong is far from one. What's your take?
Jiseok has seen that photo of Duna, Hana and 1 yo Eunchong which was taken when Duna returned to Korea and was killed by Myeongji shortly. He saw this photo way before Yeojin entered Hana's and Eunchong's lives. But he showed no emotion. Unlikely but 'never' is a word to be avoided in makjangs. 🙂

That was what I wrote in a much earlier comment that it is far better not to have a mother than have a mother like Myeongji who manipulated Seyeong and when Seyeong occasionally refused to do as Myeongji ordered like when she almost lost her mind thinking Hana was really Yujin, Myeongji told her that both of them should kill themselves that very night. Myeongji is a chameleon as you've aptly described her.

Yes! First, Seyeong did not inform her uncle. Second, Myeongji ran into Yujin in the restaurant during her meeting with her adoptive parents. Like mother, like daughter - both Snakes were terribly heartless and ungrateful to force a separation from a 10 year old from her beloved parents.
Remember that Yeojin, at that time, was also giving Myeongji allowances regularly after her husband's death. 🤦🏻♀️

The Wardrobe Department dislikes Hana. Her recent outfits were awful. Like in this episode, her dark grey pantsuit does not flatter her figure not to mention the silly large ribbon on her chest. They don't need to put her in expensive clothes but clothes and colours which look good on her. She looks especially frumpy in loose pyjamas-like pants in episode 87 and is often in neutral colours. She is the FL and appears in every episode, for crying out loud.
As for Sungho's arrest and Myeongji's wins (at this point), I am speechless as most of you have already expressed all the frustration so well ... I'm totally floored but I will get up as this turn of ugly events is but temporary.
Right now, this Writer is just testing our patience. There is absolutely no way that Myeongji will go unpunished. ✊️💥
