In my earlier comment in the previous episode, I wrote that on the wedding day, Jingoo and Hana will leave secretly to register their marriage and then proceed to the adoption agency to file documents to adopt Eunchong. This is the only way for Eunchong to be with Hana.
The condition for resolving the siblings contract is that Hana will leave Eunchong once Seyeong becomes his mother legally. Thankfully, Seyeong will FAIL to be Eunchong's mother because Jingoo will abandon her at the wedding.
