I thought about it and I concluded that Sukhee and/or Seorin must have died later. Otherwise, it would be impossible for Jangmi to impersonate Seorin.
Jangmi must have been spurred to take revenge after uncovering the reason for Sukhee's mental state and, subsequently Sukhee's death.
