After writing my comment, I was thinking SY will NOT be able to sue successfully. Why? JS will get into trouble with the law and may be jailed. Grandma will cry and beg SY not to sue. But YJ will CERTAINLY be 'swept' out of the family for good. I'm unsure of the Korean laws. I might be wrong and JS will still be jailed.
