Sorry, I don't know how to answer your question because right now, these are the supporting characters like JinTae Ma Ri etc. So my speculation is based on these given characters. As far as I know now, the side character who has yet to appear is Ara's biological mum.

As a non-Korean, I would prefer SY not add SJ into her family register because I am unsure if the family register is all that important or not. Imo, it will be painful and cruel to remove WR from SY's family register.

But more importantly, SY needs to make a decision which will help WR & SJ get marry in the future. After all, WR & SJ is the lead couple. 🥰

While reading the comments below, suddenly it crossed my mind that if SY were successful in placing SJ as her biological daughter in her family registry, then WR and SJ will become SIBLINGS.
WR & Doo Ri are now registered as SY's children. If SJ joins SY's family register as her biological daughter, then WR & SJ cannot become a couple...they cannot marry. Oh dear!

I think the only way to resolve this issue will be for SY not to apply to have SJ in her family register. Then WR & SJ can date and marry.

But I am disappointed that the Writer included the drunken scene. Isn't she taking medicine now for her panic disorder? Medicine and alcohol should never be mixed. SJ & WR are psychiatrists - the Writer ought to know better than to write the drunken scene. Do you agree?

It is gratifying to see SJ recovered significantly. She is now working as a kitchen assistant and the physical work made her very tired so that she is able to sleep well now. She is smiling, eating and sleeping well. It is all thanks to SY as she herself has had depression before when she lost SJ so she knows too well how to deal with it.

NY could be warning WR not to tell HS that she and SJ are stepsisters. Otherwise she will tell (lie) to HS that WR and herself dated but he dumped her for SJ.

I did ponder for a while and I think that doctors like SJ oftentimes are unable to see they need treatment themselves. But I believe with about 10 years' of experience, SJ should be able to diagnose HS has psychological issues even though she herself is stressed out.

The reason being SJ has recovered significantly as SY kept her busy and tired so that she sleeps well now.

Hence, I agree with EMaGr that there is some writing flaw here.

However, HS will never admit he has psychological issues as he is a pompous and self-centred fella. Also, SJ is not in a position to treat HS. If anything, the psychiatrist needs to be someone else.

My guess is Doo Ri is not related to the Han family but grew up together with Woo Ri. It is not made known to us yet why and how SY adopted WR and DR.

In earlier episodes, I think more than one commenter said so. Initially, it never cross my mind. But be mindful it is just speculation. These commenters speculated that WR is an illegitimate child Ma Ri had with another man before marriage.

However, my personal speculation is that WR is the biological son of Jin Tae and Ma Ri. Because Ma Ri repeatedly said to Jin Tae that she wants to punish him, I guessed Jin Tae could have lost WR when he was a toddler or something of the sort. Ma Ri was so distressed over it. Somehow they adopted HS.

Remember this is my personal speculation. If this really happened, then NY's efforts to worm her way into HS's life and get married to him...will come to nought. Because WR is the heir of Haedeul Hospital...not HS. 😊

It will be very interesting to see how Ma Ri discovers that WR is her precious lost son.

I've already racked my brains that WR is the biological son of Ma Ri and heir of Haedeul Hospital and HS must...must be adopted. If HS were the biological son of Jin Tae & Ma Ri, and WR were the illegitimate son of Ma Ri, oh no, he will stomp on WR until he is flat as a pancake.

NY was easy to deal with because she was not WR's superior or boss. But HS is the Business Planning Director (something of the sort), he is also the son of Jin Tae, Haedeul Hospital Director and Ma Ri, CEO of the Foundation which is linked closely to Haedeul Hospital. HS has the clout and is more than capable of harming WR in more ways than I can imagine.

What is scary is HS is fuming mad with WR and SJ now and almost resort to violence with WR. HS has now put a black mark against WR and he seemed like a petty man so I'm sure he will make life difficult for WR.

I was laughing in the last few seconds of episode 45 because Aera was holding the photo in an awkward position, facing away from SY. Normally children are fond of showing photos, which they found, to others. But I think Aera did not have a chance as SJ must have snatched back the photo. 😄😄😄
I am so dying for mother & daughter reunion but it won't happen anytime soon. 😕

HS is turning violent and crazy. First, he grabbed SJ's hand forcefully to leave with him. Then he grabbed WR's collar and almost punched him. He is losing it...even his mum is so shocked to see him behaving like a crazed man. Because he must have gotten whatever he wanted since young, he is now throwing a big tantrum as he cannot have SJ. Spoilt brat.
