Two characters that I detest very much and want to give 2 tight slaps are shameless Nambong and Sanwol.

Nambong is such an Asxxxxe for entering into an extra-marital affair despite having a happy, loving family. Hwayoung did not approach him first.

Sanwol looks like a weasel.
Her manner of speaking and facial expressions are exaggerated and pretentious.
Her fashion sense is frumpy and tasteless - given that she was hired to take charge of the attire of the Ma family.
Chairman Ma has very poor taste. 😆🤣😂

I would say Hwayoung is now facing the most stressful problem in her life. Chairman is very unhappy with her now because she wields too much power that even he is worried of what she might do. Firstly, she needs to deal with mother-daughter pests asap as she could be ursurped any time soon. Jangmi's issue could be dealt with later.

She does look like a person without a drop of conscience. 😅

I did watch Suri & Uri and found Oh Hyun Kyung's playing the villain in First Man, very convincing and outstanding.

Yes, "myself first" is what Taesook is made of.
Taesook has already done Jangmi wrong by stealing her tuition money.
She was, is and will continue to be the bane of Jangmi's life. 🫣

A few episodes ago, I've commented that Park Guen II who plays Junho is tall and attractive. 😍

Bokgil commented that Taesook stole Jangmi's tuition money to get married.
I have a feeling Taesook will not hesitate to betray Jangmi when Hwayoung bribed her with a large sum of money in the future. She seems like the type who sees money being more important than family and her husband seemed to have kicked her out which was why she was back from Vietnam.
She will justify her misdeed that Jangmi is, after all, not her biological sister.

Hwayoung was telling that Kang lackey that one day she would control the whole of Dream Group.

I don't understand why Hwayoung did not hire killers on the Chairman earlier. She has done it, 26 years ago, to Sukhee. It is nothing out of the norm for her. When a person is in her way, she simply dials a number and gets rid of him/her.

Eunoh's mother and brother were threatened by Seonghui earlier.  But why keep the identity of the third person, to be protected, a secret?

Do you think that Seongjae may be harmed by Seonghui in some way?  Because after Seonghui was kicked out by Jinseok and standing outside their house, she said to Yeongra that Seongjae must have told his father about her lies.

I found it odd that Seongjae has hired protection for Eunoh, Gangoh and a third person whom he did not name. Why was the third person kept a secret at this time?
But it might be a big mistake that he is not hiring protection for himself because Seonghui thought that it was Seongjae who told his father about her lies.

Jihyeok had the heart ailment in  episode 42. 
Jinseok used 2 episodes to find out about Seonghui's lies and schemes.  Now that he knows about Jihyeok is AP CEO, he will approve of the other two couples in about one episode or two.  There will be 4 remaining episodes. 
Writer does not know what to do with Jihyeok & Eunoh couple for the remaining 4 episodes so she came up with Jihyeok's heart ailment.

That is just my guess.

Seonghui would go to Gangoh's restaurant and AP Group to create havoc, just to get some money from them.
That would be awful.

I expect in the next episode or next week's episode, Eunoh will be crying her heart out and confessing her love. 
Jihyeok's heart ailment is just a plot device to make Eunoh fall for him... again.

If Nambong and Hwayoung's affair were discovered by Yeongja, and if the latter became depressed or something bad happened to her.... Baekho will be after Hwayoung.

If Junho knew about it too, Hwayoung would have a group of 5 people, including Bokgil and Taepyeong, who want her head on the chopping board.

That would be very fun to watch indeed.

Also, Chairman Ma might be dying in the hands of Hwayoung soon.

She is hired to take care Chairman's and Hwayoung's attire. But look at her own clothes in those scenes in Chairman's house - a printed top paired with a printed skirt.
And her hairstyle... 🙄😐😑

Your theory is possible and also tragic.
My theory is Seorin gets amnesia after an accident. By that time, Jangmi has already uncovered Hwayoung's dark secrets.  She becomes Seorin to exact revenge on Hwayoung.  In the meantime, Seorin lives as Jangmi but she will recover from amnesia and come to know of Hwayoung's evil deeds. The family may or may not be aware of Seorin's identity, depending on the Writer. 

Let's watch how the story pans out.
