In the previous episode (after Seonjae showed Chairman the edited voice recording of Lucia), she barged into Chairman's bedroom and showed him the full recording as well as handed him the Share Waiver Form which she signed. No one asked her to do it. She was merely trying her level best to convince him that she only loves him and not his Mingang Distribution and assets.
She did not expect the astute and cunning Chairman to have that form notarized. But that is a wise and beautiful move by the Chairman. 😄 (I am praising him for the first time. 😯😄)
