what’s with all the crazy logic and dumb cliches in ep 16 and 17
why will Zhou wan not expose her mother, why will Xiao Xi allow his dad threaten him with Zhou wan when he could have simply told him her identity.

because most love stories require kissing scenes which she doesn’t do. it would be hard to cut out kissing scenes from heavy romance dramas

A lot of aired dramas still get more attention than some new ones,according to cats eye NES had 28 million views yesterday, with Ashes to crown having 27miion, Archives had 47 million, Moli had 39 million love has fireworks had almost 18 million so for now its doing better as view for completed dramas decreased but new ones are starting too

they’re doing better internationally, but on mainland dazzling still has more views (more popular casts) and with so many dramas airing it’s a big downside for them

I think he left Jiang’s mum for Xi Xiao’s mum because she’s more successful, during their scuffle Jiang said something his mum being skanky or something along the lines. and he also told the dad he knows he feels his mum wasn’t good enough

ye li is one of my favourite Female leads, she’s well written, sick in the head yes but she’s very rational also

you do know she graduated best student from one of the Top acting schools in China ? she’s done a lot of stage plays and one of the few actresses of her generation who needs few retakes and they always praise her. if you don’t like her that’s fine but everything you said is definitely from a place of hate

in the book Hongbin was a jerk so I’m glad they sort of changed that

this is the most tragic drama I’ve ever seen and I’m Someone who averages nothing less than 100 c dramas yearly
the writers really said FL doesn’t deserve happiness, not only was her child sick and she spent years trying to get him a cure, a day to the surgery she looses him, loses her director and old guardian,lost her will to live. I’m not one who shies from tragic endings but this was way too much

honestly this drama is so frustrating but then I realized people can be like that irl.
they’re all hot messes, FL 1 is foolish,prideful and mean. FL 2 is self righteous the support FL is the worst character ever
