Sorry, I dropped after 2 episodes. The idea (childness love lasting for 25 years) is not bad at all but the characters (and the faces) are so rigid that it's difficult to stand, especially when compared to the lively ones of K-Dramas. On the contrary "Until the T-shirt dries" is such a riche and moving Japanese Drama.
Pas mal du tout au début et j'ai bien accroché malgré le caractère bateau du sujet (duo boss/secrétaire ou stagiaire en version Lui raide et froid / Elle simple mais attachante). Cependant cela devient peu crédible à partir des épisodes 10-12, le 14 étant quasi insupportable : le personnage de Do Min Ik devient idiot et totalement irréaliste. En revanche le jeu de Jin Ki Joo est une performance. fantastique qui supplée bien souvent aux carences du scénario. L'éclosion de la protagoniste vers une attractivité et une beauté grandissantes rappelle celle de la stagiaire un peu nunuche jouée par Jung So Min dans My father is strange (2017), performance qui montre (une fois de plus : c'est une de mes préférées avec Lee Bo-young) l'excellence de Jung So Min. Donc un gros bon point pour Jin Ki Joo dont je vais aller explorer les autres KDramas (celui-ci était mon 236 ème).
Contrary to a few comments, the actors performance is soo good, with this 'retenue' that make kindness so true that you could almost touch it. Try not to cry. Reminds me also of the so so sad and loving "More than blue" with young Lee Bo-young.
Idol I is not bad at all even though the last two episodes are weeker (of the hurried "fish-tail' ending). Can this love be translated is great ! (mind you most of the Italian outdoors scenes are at Perugia main square in Umbria + pity that the director didn't show us a wide view of the unique Bagnoreggio little town : so unfrequent and marvelous!). The beginning in Japan is a strong start that takes you immediately into the story . She (Go Youn Jung) is really good and He, so flegmatic, sometimes so distant, is giving a right tension to the Drama, and serving Go Youn Jung in the best way. PS : why France is never mentionned among the trending areas ? though I know a lot of people who regularly watch K-Dramas (so fresh and far from the Macron's-VanderLeyen's decadent atmosphere)
