It's a slow pace slice-of-life drama well written to reflect the challenges teachers face in an ordinary Korean school. It has a nice character growth and a realistic plot. The best thing is the cast, they are amazing in their roles. It was good untill 13th episode were the writers just lost the north. I understand they wanted to depict another side of the reality in the schools but it just didn't worked out. Last 3 eps are just boring, confusing and annoying because they destroy many of the nice things done before. I was really disappointed with the ending.
