You're absolutely, right! They never had any conversations about that but Dosung kind of assumed it. I'm also sure that Dosung doesn't know about the fact that Lee Gun and CMY escaped together.

If I'm not wrong, the crown prince have shared about everything to Dosung except the fact that he's got feelings for her which he knows by now.
Also they have never really had a deep conversation about it. We have just been shown that Dosung found out about it on his own by linking the clues he has known.
The more I think about it the more complicated it's getting.

Same here 🤣 I kinda planned to watch this series called "Maxton Hall". But I knew that my mind wouldn't stop thinking about LR and the edits I kept watching for how long, only god knows 😭 That's how I dropped the idea itself.

It's absolutely fine, you know. You could still try to watch the rest and find out whether it's for you or not. Perhaps this genre may not be of your taste. I loved everything about this drama and Episode 8 is my favourite episode.

Dosung came to know about the kidnapping scheme of CSR to lift the curse of his daughter. He also came to know that they had accidentally abducted CP thinking that they have taken a random stranger from the street. There was also scene where CMY rejects Dosung by saying that she has already been engaged to someone else (the ritual). Dosung just connected the dots. That's what I understood. 🥺

From what I understood, they're not only scholars but also blood related. Lee Gun's maternal grandfather and the King himself made a plan years ago to save the crown prince from these atrocities ever since the CP was just a kid. Both of them knew that the CP would probably have to go through something like this so they have been planning for a long time.
