that does it, if it didn't get any better by episode 18 I might as well drop it too

I've dropped this one multiple times in the past years, couldn't get past 1st or 2nd episode. not sure if it's because ZLH is so incredibly fugly here or because I'm yet to like or finish any of the Bai Lu dramas (atp I'm just avoiding her work). this time I've actually reached episode 4, so I'm feeling hopeful that this time around I can get trough it 🤞🏻

how to delete last 5 episodes from existence? or at least my memory.. why did they ruin such a good show, I'll never know. giving way too much screen time to the 5th psycho, and than that pathetic attempt to redeem him, just no. so disappointed 😞

Xiao Xun is so fugly that every time he had a scene I'd cover my screen almost totally, leaving just a sliver at the bottom so I can read subtitles. idk why so many people are bashing this drama, it was really good, sure it wasn't perfect and I wished some things were done differently and better, but certainly doesn't deserve the hate. anyway I always recommend watching and making a judgement for yourself

I watched about a third of the show so far, so hopefully there'll be some character development later on, but so far I don't like chinese obsession with FL that has a room temperature IQ and is mentally on a level of a 5 yo, oblivious to everything, but ofc she's good in studying 🙄 I also hate qiqi and I think song cang should be a ML
