Thank you. Yep, I agree. Screenwriters should understand that adding deaths to the ending doesn't make it climatic if they wrote a solid story all along. It actually takes away, because it defeats the purpose of building characters up so well and so loved just to kill them off unreasonably.

I'm glad you enjoyed it as a novel reader. I remember skimming parts of it when I saw the trailer of this drama in 2023 but couldn't finish it. Lol But I love the drama though.

Well, I hope this guy goes to jail for false accusations. Gosh, he literally killed her career. Now, even though she has returned to release her finished dramas, she has to start back at square one. Ugh.

Oh question, you know how in The Truth 3, heard they're trying to do a love line between Zhang Ling He and Dilraba, do they do that in The Truth 1? Just wondering. I saw some clips of the show with Ning Ge praising SZE as pretty, so I was like huh? Scripted or part of their role play?

I put some dramas on pause because I was too obsessed with this time. Lol

This drama was just so well written except for the rushed last episodes, but still, won't taint my love.

I've never seen Song Zu Er leading an ancient drama, so this was a very good surprise. I literally fell in love with her beauty and acting talents.

I watched it, cried, let it soak in, then rewatched it again and it was okay the second time.

I'm not saying goodbye to this wonderful family here yet, more like thanking everyone here who has shared the drama's joy, love, shortcomings, and success. We started this journey together and now, we have reached our destination. Some will stay here and others will move on with other dramas, either way, let's live our lives with no regrets. Whichever road you embark on, may all your wishes come true like what the drama prayed for.

After going through quite a bit in the past two years, I think the drama came at a perfect time for all of us. Some delays are blessings in disguise. I'm happy that this drama is SO LOVED all around the world especially our leads, Liu Yu Ning and Song Zu Er. They've been through so much in the past and still, experiencing dark days, so please continue to support them with your light. The drama's wish of being aired finally came true, so that's probably why they chose that as their last message. I AM SO PROUD of this cast and crew. The story, script, cinematography, direction, writing, messages, acting, to chemistry are unforgettable. Once in a while, you come across a drama or actor(s) you want to protect, forever, and I've found mine, right here. This drama and the two leads are so precious, they'll always have a special spot in my heart. I hope they'll remain in yours too.
