Title Song of the Bandits Spoiler
Hmm. I found it nice at the beginning BUT, to be honest, the survival game was unrealistic. So many flying non-penetrating bullets and alot of too many hesistant shooting moments. The enemies won't shot nor would their bullets pierce the bandits either๐Ÿ™„ I wonder if villians do really hesitate to kill like that in real life?
Also, So many timely rescue. The writer played it too safe, considering the main theme.
The nationalism shii gets stale sometimes...

Anyways, I love the music, acting, the action, suspenseful scenes and the fighting scenes (although, some were overly long), it was well choreographed.

The romance was absolutely... unnecessary! That love on first sight thingy ain't working on me, and it made the ML act so irrational, putting others at risk. The so called romance didn't have much substance or chemistry to it either; they both seem world apart and it seem forced on the screen. Him and ENY had the perfect chemistry and synergy!

And that ending...???

Also, they all did well, BUT, my girl Lee Ho Jung outdid herself here mehn. Damn!

All in all, it was okay but not excellent story wise and not that realistic for a liberation nationalism story. In summary, a beautifully packed nothing. Nothing much.

Direction and cinematography is excellent. Excellent performance from the actors too. YimSiWon didn't disappoint ๐Ÿ™Œ
I also think the running pace was realistic, it didn't portray the other contestants as lazy nor unlucky. Even though I knew the result, there was still tension from the marathon scenes. The national anthem recitation was emotional especially.
A good story.

He really let her kill him right cause he couldn't kill her. She was right about her being his weakness.
Yes, it was obvious he gave in for some reasons ๐Ÿ˜Š

Can I ask which streaming service you used? It's not on Netflix, Prime or disney
Hi, I didn't use a streaming service. I downloaded it from Nkiri. If you can't use Nkiri, it's available on dramacool.

Lol, I laughed so hard.
Quite emotional too. I like the parents and the friends bond over the boy.
Only wished they could have used a more high school looking actors.
The actors did well too.

It was interesting. Good chemistry ๐Ÿ˜Š
Not a plot without its own flaws, cause I wonder how some scenarios occured.
Average acting.
The closing scene was indeed funny, lol๐Ÿ˜‚

It's okay. But I don't why I wasn't impressed with that plot twist, lol. Maybe I expected something more psychologically mind-blowing. A good watch though.

Title If You Wish Upon Me Spoiler
I liked the first 11 episodes. Things started changing when Mr Kang went for chemotherapy. I didn't like his and his father's plot. I started wondering if it were the same story, lol. But the last episode was kinda wholesome.

As for the ML, he went through a lot. But I don't know why they usually give him excuses for displaying sone bad unrestrained behaviour sometimes, like the car smashing and restaurant scene. I felt bad for him though.

As for the romance, it's more like worker's relationship. I didn't feel their chemistry.

The wish concept was sometimes unrealistic too.

The actors did well. I feel like Mr Kang stole the show, lol.

I like it. I think it portrayed some of the complexity that comes with raising an autistic child and how parents may lost themselves in it. It's a good movie.
Good acting too.

Hmm. It was quite interesting.
In the first half, I found the villian's plot very interesting. I felt it was deserved of the detective.

The second half, not so much. The villian went too far. I could emphatise but not to that extent. He ended up becoming what he's fighting against. He ended up having more blood on his hands. The detective suffered enough.
I also liked how they didn't downplay the consequences of Soo's actions even if he regretted it. He was reminded of it every episodes.

I'd say the plot progression according and those not planned by the villian showed why we're human. He may have planned it, but it succeeded because humans are humans.

I wasn't fond of the FL all 'supportive' no matter who you are shii.
I feel bad for some of the characters too.
I have to say, Chungi was such a selfish ungrateful bastard.

The ending is befitting to me. They ended up being equal. It ended where it all began. Lost enough. I liked the ending, even though it was emotional. It was fitting.

The acting was good too. Maybe because I haven't seen some the leads recent works, It didn't too bad to me, lol. Although, I know they've improved now. Cinematography as expected from that time.
It's good.
I have to say, the scriptwriter is intelligent, lol.

Almost dropped it. Kinda boring. The ending was predictable because situations like this that brings out the selfish side of humans only have one ending: disasters.

I didn't like the FL's character. She was too annoyingly nice and wasn't realistic in that situation. The need for her to expose the delegate as a non-resident was unnecessary because it'd cause more chaos with the people, and it did. Inevitably, things started going downhill with her, including her husband's death.
