The use of Pikachu was really cute

I loved how this started it was funny and cute and definitely not a show to be taken seriously but the story really did start going down hill toward the ending of it. Started to be a little draggy but wanted to finish it. I wanted to start watching Zhang Ling He's earlier dramas and I really did like him in this.

This started out really good I got through the first few episodes easily and they went quick cause I liked the cute interactions between the two leads. I actually really loved that they had him calling her Pikachu I know not a big thing in the show I just really found it so cute. I also didn't mind the side stories of the friends cause a lot of them were really good. The girl that plays Mei Wei Wei I found so cute I just wish they wouldn't of styled her hair the way they did but even doing that you can still tell that girl is pretty. I didn't care for the way they had her character do Mai Si Chong in the last episode even if they wanted to cause some problems between them but it was the last episode it didn't last long and it was unnecessary. The Proposal at the very end was so cute and probably one of the best scenes in this.

The sml Peng Pai I really didn't like his character at all through this he just always seemed like he was up to no good. He didn't have chemistry with the fl and it seemed like he felt like he owned her. The way he came off was like he knew her first so he had every right to her and he was the only frustrating character. I really wanted to see more for Xia Rui and Jun Jun cause I really liked them together, but you don't get to see much of anything cause they decide to make Xia Rui stupid and jealous of his friend.

I have a hard time getting into modern dramas and don't really have to many top ones. This one isn't going to make it on my top modern dramas but it definitely isn't the worst type of modern drama. It has its cute and funny moments if you can hold on through the draggy moments toward the end.
