Both of these shows are heartwarming and have romance elements, although i would say "Its Okay to Not Be Okay" has a bit more. Both shows also have an autistic character that is performed beautifully and adds a lot of elements to the k-drama.

Both shows are heavily about zombies, as well as a fast paced story of survival. Both have relatively short seasons, at least compared to the more common 16ep hour plus seasons.
