Its just bad. Its rated 8.2 because of international fan service by having 2 good looking leads in romantic scenes.
Or maybe people have different taste? After 11 episodes, I am on a 8-8,5, and I never give anything extra just because it’s a particular actor (unless that actor is doing a really good job).
