It's soooo obviously low budget, I noticed in the first 3 minutes. This is the equivalent of Wattpad fiction-…
In that case, I made the right decision not to watch it. I’m sad about it, but I expected this drama to be of high quality. Since the editing is as poor as it was in the first episode and it feels amateurish, I’m not going to waste my time on it

Yes! They're great actors. I waited a long time and was counting down the hours too; I like dramas with roommates, and the trailer looked promising, so it’s hard for me to accept that this drama is the way it is. I’ve read comments saying it gets better later on, but for now, I won’t be watching it. Maybe I’ll come back to it once my emotions calm down a bit and the reviews remain good.

It’s true, I have nothing against low-budget dramas. Sometimes I’ll watch one purely for entertainment, without paying much attention to the plot or the scenery. But when I’m in the mood for a drama like that, I know exactly what I’m getting into and why. In this case, my expectations were completely different, so it’s hard for me to shake off the disappointment.

Watching the first episode, I get the impression it had a small budget. I could say it feels like it sat on the shelf for a few years, but in 2023, there were dramas that looked fantastic. Watching this drama, I feel like I’m watching a Taiwanese drama like "You’re My Destiny" or "Drunken to Love You", but those are from 2008 and 2011. Even the music has the vibe of that time. I was looking forward to this drama, I was excited, but now I can’t bring myself to keep watching it.
I’m sad.

I really liked ep. 5. The ending had me wondering if Seol Ah actually killed her parents, and if she did, why…
I don't think FL killed her parents intentionally. Maybe her parents wanted to extort compensation after the incident with the iron. They knew that more harm could come to their daughter, so they came up with this plan by having FL set fire to the building with them inside. Maybe it was supposed to be that they would only be injured, but something went wrong and they died. She blames herself now, she can't live with it.

They did show us the scuba diving gear for a reason... 🧐My take, Do Eun Hyeok is the stalker/killer and regarding…
I thought the same thing. There's a reason they show diving equipment, and this friend seemed suspicious from the beginning

After watching the whole thing, I wonder what the purpose of this drama was. I won't call it a romance, because let's face it, there was practically none. The story had potential, but it became predictable.
I watched this after dramas where I was tired of the love triangle and at first I found myself relaxing with this drama but in the end it doesn't make me feel any emotions.

Secondary couples? If yes are they watchable? And who is the secondary couple? Thanks in advance.
There is a second couple, ML's twin brother and FL's company employee. But if you're looking for a romance where they hold hands, hug, etc., you won't find that here.

Episode 4 was easily the most emotional episode so far. The tension from the interrogation scenes and the constant…
I'm not a crybaby, but that cliff scene brought tears to my eyes.
It showed fatigue, helplessness, surrender - she had fought so much, tried to be strong, but everything was still overwhelming her.

For now I'm doubting Do eun hyeok cause he's been with her longest
I have the impression that his intentions are not pure.

ML's behavior in the first episodes is persistent, he harasses FL, and crosses boundaries. I'm glad that in episode 4 he had the courage to reflect and notice that maybe he was actually stubborn and did her harm by assuming something without knowing the truth.
Despite these first episodes, I can't hate ML. I don't approve of his actions, but I don't have strong negative feelings towards him. Maybe it's because he lost his sister and if he had been more inquisitive then, she would still be alive. The police let him down, he quit his job and went into insurance to pursue fraudsters like his dead sister's boyfriend. That's why he does police work even though he's not in the police, and putting myself in his shoes, I understand the lack of trust in the police and the desire to find out everything on your own. He had been infallible until now, but this was the first time he was wrong and it was good that he finally noticed it. On the other hand, if he wasn't an inquisitive bastard, FL would still be alone, bullied by Baek Jun Beom (
Kim Jung Hyun does a great job as an actor, every time I see him I get goosebumps). But I understand the irritation with ML's behavior.

So are the writers going with the “don’t know what you’ve got till it’s gone”? The ML has exited her…
I also think they are heading in that direction, but it is too late for that. When would it make sense? If only a few episodes earlier FL had told both of them that she wasn't ready for a relationship and wanted to focus on raising Woo Ju. Then after a month ML would move out and after a while she would realize that she misses him. Then she would go to ML and find out the truth about his history with his brother and be supportive to him, and only then would she realize her feelings for him.

In my opinion, the screenwriter goes in the cheesiest direction: I didn't know how I felt about you until I lost…
Yes, I remember her very well from her role in Live Up to Your Name, where she touched me with her acting.
I agree! Whatever happened, I also hope that she is just healthy and happy. I also know what the "requirements" regarding appearance and weight are in Korea and I hope no one forced her to do anything.

I have nothing against the actress as a person, but her acting in this drama is just bad. I watched several dramas with her: The Great Show - from what I remember, her acting was okay, Live Up to Your Name - here she played a girl with a heart defect and her acting was great, Dear.M - this drama was not particularly memorable to me, but I don't remember complaining about her acting, and Hierarchy - this drama was bad in all aspects and the main cast did poor acting there. So what happened to her acting? I don't know.
I watched many dramas with her, sometimes not realizing that it was her, only now, after some time, but apart from Hierarchy, this is the first drama in which her acting bothers me.
When she cries and laughs, for obvious reasons I am able to notice her emotions, in other cases I cannot. Her face expresses nothing, there is not even a trace of conflict or that she is fighting with her thoughts. She just has the same tired eyes and the same tired expression.

Exactly! Let's think about what FL did for ML that would show care and emerging feeling. When he had a problem with his father, instead of taking his side like he was taking hers, she told him to talk to him, because a father is a father.
She persuaded him to fulfill his dream of working with Amy Chu, and then called him to say that he had to stay at work and fend for himself. Although he told her the story and she knew how important photography was to him. What did she actually do for him? One on her initiative, that she didn't repeat after him, that she put him first, that she thought about him first, and then about herself.
And then there's Woo Ju and the breakfast scene where she has a mess again, is clueless and needs help this time from SML. How will she take care of the baby? What was she doing throughout this drama? Where is the heroine's transformation?
The actress is also bad at acting, she has two expressions: one is a smile, and the other is the one where there is no emotion on her face at all, so I can't decipher what is going on in FL head.

I just don't know how the writers will redeem themselves now as even if in last 4 episode they will make all scenes…
In my opinion, the screenwriter goes in the cheesiest direction: I didn't know how I felt about you until I lost you.
The problem is that no one advised her and she went too far with SML. It would make sense if a few episodes ago FL had told both of them: At this point I want to focus on raising Woo Ju and then ML would have moved out and she would have realized it. Now I can't believe her feelings for ML.

Here we go again. I've had enough, I give up. Nothing an SML-loving writer does now will suddenly make me believe in FL's great love for ML and her ability to care for Woo Ju. Woo Ju and ML are great but I can't look at the rest, my annoyance level is off the charts.

is our universe good? i dropped it after ep. 2, might pick it up again in the future.
It depends. Not for me. It was okay for the first few episodes, the baby is adorable. But then a tiresome love triangle begins and SML gets more airtime than ML and the baby. Now they are going to air episode 9 and FL spends her time mainly with SML again. This is annoying and at this point I don't think FL deserves ML or child custody. A lot of people share my opinion, but we may have different tastes and maybe you won't be bothered by a love triangle where ML is pushed aside, even though FL is ultimately supposed to be with ML.

Same boat. I really wanted to watch it, but I don’t think have the patience for another love triangle after…
Yeah, I'll do the same.
I watched these two dramas at the same time and my patience ran out. I had plans to watch Dynamite Kiss because I didn't watch it when it was broadcast in Korea, but for obvious reasons I skipped it. Here I see FL on a poster with ML and SML and bad memories come back.
