So far the SML is outshining the ML due to the script and the way the scenes are structured/edited.

I like the FL. She looks like a constable which is not always the case in these dramas. No makeup, no dangly hair accessories, and no fancy clothes. It makes her more realistic as a character.

The person doing sound editing for this drama deserves serious kudos. The background music is integrated beautifully into each scene. Vocal songs are excellent too, moody and eerie.

I understand and agree with what you're saying. There is a certain degree of acceptance and thought that one must go through when watching media foreign to them. I watch US TV too and many things there make me go WTF😂 . People used to struggle with Japanese anime and Korean dramas, it seems it's Cdrama's turn now.

Best not to believe everything in C-Ent. Who knows what the truth is.

I understand different cultures have different modes of address. But it's tiring to have "incest" as a label everytime. The over or miuse of such words lessens their impact in situations where they should be used. I call my older relatives "older brother or sister" and even the elderly man at the grocery shop my family frequents "Uncle". These are terms of respect at most.

I swear that has caused more misunderstandings among Western viewers than anything else. Calling someone Big sister or brother, or martial brother in this case, does not imply a blood relation or any relation other than respect and familiarity.
