Yes, he's the one from the fictional world and not the actor sitting in the chair.
Not killing the leads. More like dying and getting resurrected again and again. There are a lot of disturbed young people these days who might misunderstand.

I have not read your reviews but in the case of this drama, I believe explaining in detail would ruin the experience for someone who hasn't seen it . I personally believe it's impossible to be completely unbiased. Just write what you think is best.

Censorship is vague in China and the rules vary by each drama. I feel they added that script writer as extra insurance. So they can say nobody really died in the drama. There were some people who objected to transmigration plot because they were afraid some young viewers would kill themselves to wake up in another world or something like that.

I do understand. But this drama plays on parallel worlds and surrealism so every viewer will see it differently. We could argue for days which is the right version.

LOL! I get it. But the drama is surreal and doesn't take itself seriously so we should follow suit.

The worlds are real to those inhabiting them😉 Plus I get the feeling the chubby scriptwriter was added for the drama to pass censorship.

Just enjoy the trippy ride😂

Yes. Best to think of it as Zhuangzi's butterfly dream with it fluttering at key moments in the drama.

I’m finishing this up, but when ML appeared to call FL by her “characters name“ he came at first I thought…

The ending was what I guessed it would be. This drama is too repetitive, even the ending/climax got repeated a few times. I just feel relieved it's over.

I'm pretty sure Coroner will be straightforward😂
Sorry I don't have recs. I don't watch many modern dramas.

Can someone spoil me one thing: Does Nan Heng find out any time in the story that he's a character in a story?
He does

I'll be honest. I enjoyed this drama but now I'm just watching to see the ending which I can guess😅Looking forward to a normal drama. For a modern drama, have you seen the Best Thing yet?

This drama only made things so complicated to fill 40 eps. I think Coroner's mysteries will be simple in comparison and more logical. But it's up to you😄

I originally intended to watch coroner's diary ongoing but after today's ending of ADWAD, i think I'll be away…
