yes it is possible , but only for a limited screen time they can't do that for whole series even though AI is advanced not it will be able to swap the face accurately for the entire series and the budget for series will also increase. So the possibility is very less

they will likely have a mother son relationship but some people are wanting romance between them. But i personally don't think that will happen. It would be weird to have romance between cha eun woo as he is same as her son age and she also lost her son. Well we will get to know when the drama will air
