Weightlifting Fairy Kim Bok Joo was a shown that I generally liked. It was a drama that didn’t actually have an intense amount of stuff going on within the story. I thought the show was quite relaxing to watch and often made me laugh. Not to mention that it had some familiar actors included into the show was side character or support characters. Also the cameo with Jong Suk and references to W was pretty funny. Compared to other shows I’ve watched this drama was pretty chill and the way the romance was interrupted was also put out in a gentle innocent way. I thought the way they lead up to Bok Joo and Joon Hyeongs relationship was quite innocent and cute in my opinion. This drama actually let us get to know the characters and the main characters also learned more about each other and had experiences together which made the connection very good. This was the first drama I think I’ve watched where the support characters and side characters were actually relevant in the drama then being casted out and being irrelevant. Which in my opinion made the show great as the drama had no official main point to me. It contained multiple components in it with also went to support characters and was more real in my opinion. I’m sad that this drama had to come to an end, but it ended perfectly. All I can say is swag.
