I really love the song that plays at the end of Episode 26 when DFQC visits the widows of the moon tribe. I don't think heard any thing similar in a Cdrama before.

Fairy Danyin's actress is really good. Out of all the Cdrama actresses I've seen that have played genderswapped roles, her role as Qu Shin is the most convincing.

I'm very impressed by the visuals, the CGI is probably the best I've ever seen in a Xianxia drama. The FL's voice is kinda annoying tbh but I'm tolerating it because the story so far is interesting

I'm SO glad that annoying Lady Ruyang is out of the picture. This drama is such a breath of fresh air. No petty fights and power struggles between the empress and the consorts and an Emperor who has a high EQ and is able to be fair to his wives and children. I wish there were more dramas like this

I just watched the first episode on WeTV because I couldn't find it on the Tencent YT Channel. Does anyone know if it would be available on for those who are on YT Membership since another channel (Idol and Romance) seems to be airing it at the moment.

Can they please give this man more lead roles?! He's so handsome and talented so why is he getting only support roles?
