don't feel pressured. bls have a wide genre now. even though it's a classic, doesn't mean you are forced to like…
that's fair. i mean, i know the side character can be .... a lot so honestly if you like the idea of this, I'd recommend you try the Thai version instead. Both are good I just feel like Thai version makes it a little less cheesy/cringy

that's fair. this is a comedy so it's going to be cheesy. plus it's a Japanese BL... i feel like a lot of them are cheesy haha. if you don't like cheesy dramas, you probably will not like this one
I know this is supposed to be a classic or what not but I don't think it's for me. I might try it again later.

oh... oh wow. The camera work in this... was insane! the dancing was great! loved that each of them still 'struggled' a little (in my opinion of watching) with the movements of the other dance kind near the end but still did amazing. but man... the camera work needs a Grammy! Everything was so crisp. The lighting was perfect! The colors were perfect! I just... am so blown away?! How was this on Netflix?! like seriously it does not feel like a Netflix movie! i just... cannot get over the camerawork holy crap!
also want to give huge props to the main actors. I cannot imagine how much they've practiced to look that good with dancing their parts. Seriously very believable! If you'd tell me they were professionals, I'd believe it. So smooth and on point!
i believe it was due to DMD Friendship 3? but honestly I don't really remember Wave clicking as well with Pete…
omg your right! they did the acting mission!! yeah, people probably saw that and was like... yup that's the ship X'D. DMD3 was so messy with ships that season. too many people for one season.

that's what I'm thinking too? Unless Wave was with Pete a lot before or after DMD3 or there were online posts? idk I honestly don't know where the ship came from or why people tried to force a ship onto Wave at all. Especially after Wave said in DMD3 that he wanted to focus more on himself. I'm all for TheeWave, but jeeze some 'fans' act so entitled. I really hope that Thee and Wave wanted this pairing because I saw them as very close friends TT^TT so I hope they don't ruin that by being forced into a pairing. I trust DMD is good on not forcing ships so if they didn't want it, it wouldn't be happening... but it's hard to say in this industry lol.
how interesting. idk i think for the most part it fit for me? there was once where i thought it was a bit much…
right i get what your saying. i think cute smiles work especially if it was the character's first time. you'd be shy and the smiles to me made me think he was enjoying it? but yeah, I'm not saying it's wrong. everyone has their own preferences (like how I didn't really like the 'added' moans in the final episode since it didn't fully fit what we saw on screen).
honestly pretty cute and simple. the build up for the relationship obviously was rushed a bit... plus the terrible AI (ew) fighting TT^TT but pushing that aside this was cute. kinda wish we found out why Minu was still alive but ya know... we get what we get. Sang Min got better with his facial acting but I feel like he needs better works to help him get better grounding. his projects are always so short and rushed like this. :/
is this angsty? i just started watching BL again (after staying away for years) coz i randomly came across a light…
hm, i'd say its a mix of comedy with some angst. if you want more light and funny, this series isn't a bad idea because JJ is hilarious, but I do gotta warn you, later in the episodes you get a bit of angst. So if you don't want any angst, then this ain't the show for you right now. hope that helps?
okay, wait.... I rewatched the last episode and I'm now a little confused with the timeline for Phop in the past...
did he go to the river after the fight/after Klao disappeared? or did he 'recover' a bit and go out to search for Klao? and then found Klao's past body? TT^TT the timeline just doesn't make sense to me. timing in the episode makes me think after... but when past Phop passed, I was taking it that he passed with no food/water. So maybe he 'recovered' and went to search. got delirious and didn't eat again after finding past Klao's body and passed away? am I understanding the timeline?!
Am I the only one who finds JJ's smiling during the NC scenes a bit cringe and off-putting?
how interesting. idk i think for the most part it fit for me? there was once where i thought it was a bit much but i found it fitting for his character. why not smile if your having some good time with someone you love? (besides idk if some of them were actual smiles? idk how to explain lol). i can see what you mean though XP
what was the pacing for episode 7 (23 if you're watching them all together)?? like wtf we were in the bar for waaaay too long. especially the whole scene with Mick. The 'crying' went on way too long. wasted time in the episode.... lost its pace so hard from the last few episodes. just very disappointing how hard they are trying to force all these pairings. should just have stayed with TigerNao and then Tiger's brother. I don't mind sprinkles of pairings but this is so much what the hell?? it's like they ran out of ideas for TigerNao and are now trying to have us focus on other pairings... idk why not show Tiger's brother trying to get with his secretary? Or the hinted ship of Field and Dan from so fricking long ago and keep somewhat sprinkling in?? TT^TT no, we now need to focus on MikTul! like the potential of this series is so dead now... like wtf is Tiger's brother doing trying to get his secretary back?!
i'm sorry for rambling but I'm so fricking done with this pacing and the story they are.... 'telling'. Like I didn't go to college for acting or directing, but even I know you shouldn't have a scene that long... and that poorly acted TT^TT Please don't take me as hating Ben...but dear god he needs to get better acting coaches.
