Yes. It's too long. It has almost no drama on top of that, it's just fluff. Should've been ~12-16 episodes long at most.

I studied Korean for years (private lessons) and even I didn't appreciate this. The final episode had so much potential, if it was just longer. They could've scrapped the whole show and instead created a full length movie based on the final episode instead. Ridiculous.

Mediocre and a total waste of time. It's an episodic anthology a la Fear Itself. Each episode runs for 8-10 minutes (except for the final, which is 15mins long). The main problem is that it never lets the premise set in and instead ends abruptly. It's just a vignette of random stories without any development. It tries to make usage of cheap jumpscares, which aren't even scary because they're so cliched and predictable. It's not worth watching.

Ahh noted. It's very well used in fact. The main female lead is unlike any other female lead honestly. She's so strong minded and independent, and in a very quirky way. She's a fast learner. At the beginning she takes a lot of hits, but she gives them back as the show moves on.

It deserves every single bit of it too. I dove into this drama expecting nothing, but it has now become my favourite Kdrama of 2020.

You should. It's brilliant. It's SOOO quirky, like there's nothing like that movie. I mean you'll not find another movie like it. It's so different, in a very good, well made way lol

There's nothing typical about this drama lmao it in fact avoids almost every cliched trope that are present in other Kdramas.

It's intentional. It's a camera technique you'll often see in European movies (for e.g. Amelie). The director and cinematographer knows what they're trying to do exactly in fact.

Xiao means little and it's just a sign of affection. It's akin to how Japanese people add "Kun" or "Chan" as suffixes to their names.
