I don't disagree with you on that. Questionable choice. I'm just refuting your "Just come out" statement because regardless of the stupid choice he made, it's one of the most crucial thing you can do in life and it's incredibly difficult.
I'm sad this ended. It wasn't perfect and it did have its flaws but it was a really respectable attempt at a more grand and mature storyline for a BL. I'm rating this 9/10 mainly based on how neat much of the fantasy aspect of this was and the incredible chemistry between the characters. If I had to complain about something, it'd be the gender changing for Tharn between his previous incarnation and current life. It was unnecessary and made little sense because even in his past life where he was supposedly a she, physically it was shown to be a man rather than a woman. That choice made no sense to me.
Oh well, it was a great show nonetheless. It'd have been even better if the director and writer hadn't made some questionable choices. Albeit it's definitely an underrated BL and is a heads and shoulders above most BLs of recent times.
Like even in countries like the US you can literally get disowned and shunned by your own family for being gay and you can even be hate crimed by homophobes. Straight people try to be more sensible challenge (impossible) smh
Omg i agree! They give me bro and sis vibes! It’s very slow show for me in still stuck on ep 5 lol
I indeed have seen Doctors and I agree it's a lot better than this. Also I felt the same. Like I didn't like their relationship at first due to their history but they grew on me.
Doctor Slump is going down even on Netflix. During the first few weeks it was #1, now it's #6. Soon it'll drop even more. Not surprised, it's just not a really interesting to watch. Very hackneyed drama. And I honestly see zero chemistry between the leads, they feel like siblings to me tbh
I won't even try to watch that. Same writer than hospital playlist, one of the worst drama ever, also madly overated.…
... OMG yus??? I also find the HP series soooo overrated. I did not like it at all, I found the characters unlkeable, the storyline boring and it had some of the most forced romance I've ever seen with non-existent chemistry. I did finish the S1 albeit I fast forwarded a lot of it but I didn't bother touching S2. We're in complete minority about this LOL
Romcom with new faces. Now this is what I'm defo gonna enjoy. We need more Kdramas and romcoms with newer faces. So tiring to watch the same group of actors.
I'm being a contrarian here but I found this franchise mediocre at best lol I tried watching all of them (and even finished Reply 1997) ad didn't like any of them much. I ended up dropping them all midway through (sans 1997).
Finally finished. Really well made drama with superb performance by the cast esp Son Seok Ku... and that's it. The story isn't that good. Despite the good direction, editing and performances I found myself bored throughout it.
Song Hayoon and Park Minyoung needs to win some award for this tbh esp Song Hayoon. She made Sumin SO SO SO unlikeable, whenever she came on screen I wanted to scratch her face off.

And yesss!! Like I feel sibling vibe from them.
