KoreanNovelas in general are exaggerated stories with no substance for ajjumas to pass time in tvs ,Usually they get around 30% nationwide views so yeah.She is kinda known for doing novelas anyway

For a koreanovela it has high rating so might aswell try it

It's a classic K Soap Opera , So much screaming ,"Pretend plottwists" and your classic kdrama special i am you father (darthvader)

It failed to grab my interest from the first moment , i haven't watched a single of the director shows but they all seem the same to me...ngl not gonna watch this one was disappointed with how slow and 0 sense it made in the first 2 episodes

Probably they would end it in 1 season but since it became so popular and it was one of the first successful disney+ shows ,i'm sure they got a fat check from disney to make a season 2 so writers probably decreased it so it can unfold in season 2, just a guess.

Personal opinion , was ok not anything incredible.Plot was decent but not enough to get me interested for 16 episodes kinda a force what kept me watching was the 2nd couple than the 1st

Amazing plot , alot of emotions throughout the episodes, there were cliches but it was written in such way it didn't matter , loved the chemistry.So far it's the best kdrama of 2024 def deserves a watch.
