It's an okay drama , it was a bit over the place but overall it was fine

Well hopefully we see more shows like that in future , this one is at a really bad point right now i don't even know if it's worth continuing ... i'll just wait and see at the end

This shows are like this , people only watch the for the main couple and if it ticks the boxes for their fantasies... It's not really about the plot , but yeah cdrama plots usually have such bad elements the protagonists must always be virtue follow the law never do bad things and never think of rebelling against the emperor... It can be considered brainwashing since your "favorites" are doing this you should too

Does it really get better ? Im on 4th episode and shit the most unrealistic c-drama i've ever seen.The ML into some steroid pills or smth bro semi lifted a car ...bro into that chinese kung fu shit (which are totally fake dont get scammed)

So true...the 2FL is just waste of space in this one... story would move much quicker and better without her in it...only bad thing about this drama started skipping her scenes

Is it smart to be merciful to people that will repeatedly try their best to harm you? In my humble opinion it isn't , and yes social and nobility status matters but the fact that FL doesn't even have backup plans or even informants at this point is weird ...being a merchant in this era is very hard yes but that also means making connections having backup plans ,things like that ...This is a drama i really get it and like i said i don't necessarily have a problem with it but again it's potrayal in every situation is just way too onesided it lacks the depth every other popular cdrama has.

It's not just once he saved her , he saved her at the start and she fucked up then he saved her again with the permit then again when the princess wanted to destroy her business then again and again and again.What's triggering me is that she is supposed to be smart yet the dramas potrayal of smart falls short compared to other cdramas ... The FL just keeps suffering and suffering and suffering just for ML to come in as some god to save her ...I do not understand how she is smart when she falls in everyone trap nonstop ? At this point she needs to have a backup plan ...this season just keeps confirming this for me

Then again tang dynasty was an era where females had way more freedom than any other dynasty , then again this drama is to glaze on ML more than it is about business and peonies ...FL forgives people all the time yet the same people keep stabbing her in the back i don't know how to consider that smart but it's unique i might say.Anyway i don't like how her "smartness" is potrayed in this cdrama even tho i don't necessarily find a problem with the drama it feels dull in it's potrayal ...smart is a very weird term in general it seems people have different opinions of it

I've watched the garrison part but again ML came back to save her , without the ML the drama would just end there and that's the reality cause a slave would never own a business lol.

With the help of the ML , the show never allowed her to show us how smart she actually is not even 1 situation where i'm like holy sh- that's smart.She is powerless yes but atleast the drama could do a better job showing us how smart she really actually is before giving the gold coin to ML to come and save the day , it tells us she is smart but doesn't show it to us in the fullest .Then again drama is not yet finished so maybe they show her not struggling in later episodes which i doubt they will rush the 5 last episodes like every other cdrama.

Yeah i get that almost everytime something happens the ML is there to save the day and i get it it's a drama ofc they will make the ML standout but i feel like they should give her more time to potray how 'smart' she actually is. And no i don't imply she is stupid but i would want more chances to prove how smart actually is.Yet again this is not a household cdrama where the villain of story is mother in law but more like the villain is the daughter of a very high ranking official and she seems to be using daddy's corrupt power all over the place

FL feels useless most of the time and the drama trying to potray her smart but in reality she doesn't feel that smart to me no matter how they try to potray it like that.Is it just me?

MGTV subs are hurting my eyes , imma wait for it in Viki i cant watch the latest episodes.
