JTBC finally apologized! Although it's regrettable and a bit late, hopefully all parties involved can forgive…
Where's the link? I also read a report from a foreign paper that this had happened, but no details were provided, nothing. Did they? I hope not, they did nothing wrong.
Yep. The Americans are obsessed with cultural appropriation and find issues where they don't exist, at every opportunity, then preach about it endlessly like babies. Utterly tedious.
Iβm really sad as an arab I really did enjoy the show and honestly i feel so hurt that every series or movie…
Do you actually think this was intended to be an earnest depiction of an Arab? It was so far removed from reality it couldn't possibly be taken seriously could it? Maybe one or two like you just didn't get it then... oh well, it takes all sorts. You want everyone to know you didn't get it too.
The mock outrage mob can all f*** off. I loved that Arab guy, I bet all the normal (i.e. humans with a sense of humour) Arabs in the audience did too, hilarious, absolute comic buffoonery at its best. I'd be honoured if my culture was sent up in a K-drama... in fact... there was a stereotypical English castle with an English butler in episode 1 - I loved it, no outrage there though π€ maybe a clue to where this loud minority of know-nothing, narcissistic, preachy dummies reside, the US and the UK probably. Go King the Land, fantastic show, pure joy!!
Not really, no, you're right. He was one of the best and most original romantic MLs in Beautiful Gong Shim. Or…
Well I have to say Bang Minah played a part in the success too, she was vivacious and bubbly, exactly what was needed. I feel she got overwhelmed by such an early hit, hope she'll come back strong again in the future.
Chemistry is not only based on how they look together. It is more in the game they play together. And on this…
Chemistry is not really a result of the narrative. It's the way actors connect effortlessly on screen with natural charisma and rapport. A comfortable set is a prerequisite for good chemistry, along with personalities that click and an empathetic editor. 19th Life is slightly lacking in chemistry, all the main actors have demonstrated great charisma in previous works so it's probably not a comfortable set... and as has been noted by some keen observers, charisma can be lost in the edit or direction... waiting too long for cuts and leaving the actors hanging is a typical example, micro managing actors' tone and expression, leaving in bad takes, etc.

Wow, you're fully immersed in it. She's very much toying with him, dropping hint after hint. If he knew she was back his trauma would be 50% cured in no time. The only reason she's keeping secrets is... because the drama would be over in 2 episodes if she didn't.
Go King the Land, fantastic show, pure joy!!
