I'm a bit behind. I enjoyed the first two, but really had to battle through #3, it was extremely poor. Insubstantial narrative, some awful acting in parts, a writer that doesn't understand the point of a 3-legged race, and some lazy character depictions - solely to drive narrative points home - I mean, which editor commissions an artist who can't work if his girlfriend leaves the apartment? Surely the writer could think of something better than that?! That's a joke, most of us throw a fist pump at the opportunity to get some work done uninterrupted by the other half. I'm not a fan of web toons, maybe that's why it's getting on my nerves.... the subject matter's usually irrelevant - but it's supposed to be a drama and there's no drama in it!
Looks good. Cast looks good. Hoping for its success, I'll be watching. It's a story that's got enormous potential, I hope they pitch it just right and make the most of it.
A heartwarming drama but I can’t stand to watch junpyo and anna dance and rap scenes. It’s too cringy for…
Kids discover themselves, it's rare a star comes out of the womb ready made - I don't understand what's cool and what isn't these days, but I really enjoyed watching their tentative overtures into their interests and passions. For me, the show's about regular people and whilst keeping it right up there in the drama-entertainment category, it managed to touch on issues faced by kids and parents without going too deeply into the ugly side - so it was relatable and entertaining at the same time. Bravo to all involved.
I think we have to take films for what they are. This is an extremely thrilling action epic and I was transfixed for the journey.
Yes, it's influenced heavily by RPG games, that's it's artistic centre, it goes through a series of levels. It also derives from greats like Altered Carbon (1). There's deliberately no depth to the characters or the narrative, it speaks with physicality... and the action is utterly breathtaking and graphically wondrous, out of this world.
It takes a while to settle into its style. The only jarring moment for me was somewhere near the start, which, although impressive... our man would need to move at super human speed to get through the first 'level'.

Not really. When you think about it, everyone's righteous in their own mind and the overwhelming majority of people aren't maniacs that do dastardly stuff at will. There's a high probability that knowing the actual circumstances of an event from more than one angle will change or soften your opinion. Your opinion, as you've stated, is based only on some of the details. In such cases the less you know about something, the more strongly you feel. I refuse to react to media reports, because any details that mitigate a scandal are omitted, and in many cases, the journalist gets the details wrong, accidentally or on purpose. By saying this, I'm not defending the actress, I'm not condemning her either, I can't, because I don't know enough. What I do know is that I can't trust journalists and social media, 100% untrustworthy.
