is there a possible chance that gopuri could be a woman
Are you up to date? I reached episode 7 before throwing in the towel. It's possible.... but would make SIG's character a bigger wuss than previously thought since she kicked his ass.
Sooo, plannin to watch this, I guess. Is it worth starting now or should I just binge watch it when it’s all…
No, you can't binge watch it, it's not in the least bit compelling. On the contrary it's annoying, not even fit for children who expect a much higher degree of intellect than this has to offer. When I was 5 I totally hated adults that patronised me in TV shows that were written for idiots, by idiots.
It's because they prioritize quantity over quality, which added to the fact that they have little time to film…
It's even simpler. If it's supposed to be funny, find a writer and director with an actual sense of humour - not the types that think zany outfits, bad timing and crassness are in any way funny. Subtlety is everything. The writer, we assume, has spent time writing this before it goes to production. Same for the director, same for choreographers. Maybe they're just not as good as their peers that make better shows?
Yes. The writer went on vacation and wrote some repetitive, nonsensical garbage to tide the show over 'til they return. The characters transform into idiots, I mean, we're talking double-digit IQs.
man i hate the FL's character so much i don't even want a romance between the leads. i have no problem with oh…
Totally, I just wrote the same thing before seeing yours! It made me think about what I wrote, and probably this will damage her career to an extent, it's inevitable - it's why actors and agents are so careful what they sign. These characters haven't been formed, the humour's childish, there's no synergy between character and narrative hence they're all acting like schizophrenic, headless chickens with less brainpower and personality, it's pure banality. With bad material like this, the only way to save it is to hijack the set, which takes gutsy and inspired creatives - deep down the cast must have known this was sh*t when they were filming but paid too much trust to the people in charge and were powerless to stop the car crash.
After a promising start it's floundering, I'm struggling to get through the latest episodes. These aren't the characters that were introduced, they've somehow become vapid shells and the story's going nowhere. Shame-on it (pun, I'm so bored, sigh). Will confirm whether to drop in the next 30 minutes of episode 7, half decided already. Sometimes the actors light a fire, other times it's the writer, others it's the director's charisma/experience... there's zero inspiration coming from any quarter, brrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrr, dial tone of a show. F*** it, dropped, why waste another 30 minutes? P.s. it's not Oh Yeon-seo's fault, okay everyone? I love her. Watch Mad for Each Other for a show in stark contrast, dripping in quality and wit.
There was one unnecessary signal which I pondered and hastily ignored, advise you try to do the same
Tbh, looking back over it I don't have the same feeling now as I did at the time. I think it was the way the bride's story unfolded just to satisfy the narrative, it was a little insincere - and not too dissimilar to an episode from Move To Heaven where it was supposed to be a twist - but we'd all guessed instantaneously.
Ep 8: Can't believe the 'big' secret got revealed so fast. I mean in any other drama this kind of secret is usually…
Right, not toying with the audience gets warmly appreciated by those that don't want to be strung along every time in the usual fashion - it shows that the writer's already got plans for the progression of the narrative
Nonsense. We're only half way through, what are you inferring? It may or may not go anywhere but it's 100% right to explore those feelings and how she and he might handle them.
I wanna watch this because I love Kim Eun Sook's works. Not to mention it has Lee Do Hyun and Yeon Hye Ran. But…
Same. For that reason I still haven't watched Descendents of the Sun, despite being a huge fan of Kim Eun Sook. So.... it might have to be another of her great works I don't watch. She's the writer of my favourite K-drama. That's how it goes!
I like the plot also i like Namkoong Min so i hope he'll accept the offer but i wish for a prettier actress to…
Hmm. There's not much between the looks of the beautiful South Korean actresses, but generally when we conceive one to be more beautiful it actually stems from their charisma and personality. To be direct, I think your comment's a bit shallow - on the other hand, we all have our favourites, so I'm shallow in that respect - give her a chance, she might blow us away!
I can see how hard she's working on her acting and she's pretty good, hope the new drama's of decent quality. Ironically her best role to date is Gong Shim, made when she was a rookie, a brilliant drama - in no small part down to Namgoong Min's originality as the romantic male lead, but she certainly brought her own qualities to cement its runaway success. Good luck Bang Minah, you are great!
Yc2 sparked to life in the past 2 weeks, back to its best. Whenever it's just Yumi and Babi I prefer to stare at my phone, so dull. Love it since Woong came back, love ctrl-z and Ruby!! Yumi is still cool. I hope her next word is silho!
P.s. it's not Oh Yeon-seo's fault, okay everyone? I love her. Watch Mad for Each Other for a show in stark contrast, dripping in quality and wit.
